2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear golden yellow with an off-white had. The smell is cereal, mild citrus. The taste is citrus, toasted malt, crisp dry ending. Light in body with tight carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml Bottle from Aldi, Chapel, Derbyshire.
Pours light golden with white head that very quickly diminishes to nothing (I’ve had this beer from cask too and the head is far thicker and long-lasting). Aroma is slightly sweet, citrus, some pine. Taste opens fruits yet bitter with a long, refreshingly dry finish on a smooth palate. Good but better from cask.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 4.1%. Good grassy and refreshing hop aroma. Clear and shiny light golden colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is quite malty for the style. Has a good grassy hop note like the aroma. Chalky finish. Full-bodied for the style and the ABV.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours clear light golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and hops, with some estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with bready and estery touches. Rough and bready aftertaste. Drinkable, well-balanced, but nothing really impressive.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dorada clara no mucha espuma. Desaparece pronto. Aroma escaso, ñigeramente citrico. Lupulada en boca, frutal. Seca, bastante seca. Tono extraño que no acaba de convencer, pero no esta mal.

Boa cerveja, mas não tem nada demais. A leffe blond é mais saborosa. Veio na assinatura mensal da Onbeer

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden colour with lightly foaming white head. Slightly grassy aroma. The taste has a deep malt flavour and a good hoppiness with grassy and floral notes. Lacks the mouth-filling maltiness and long finish of some golden ales, but is highly drinkable. Nice label featuring Scafell Pike. If this means nothing to you, you don’t know about Alfred Wainwright!
