A store nearby sells this for £1.39 per bottle and in recent weeks my girlfriend and I have had quite a few bottles of this. A great session ale, nothing to blow you away but a very refreshing golden ale with a clean bitterness to it and very quaffable indeed. Slightly biscuity malt profile along with medium bitter grassy hops and a mildly dry finish. Yum!

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2014 Clear, golden-coloured ale, medium carbonation, and a small, white, foamy head. A light-bodied blend of sweet caramel and peppery hops, grass, and a little alcohol, with a biscuit finish. Well-balanced. A pleasant, albeit ordinary session ale.

Bottle 500 ml at home, into a Guinness glass, ABV 4.1% Pours a deep orange beer, with a small and thin head on top, with low retention, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Clear transparent body with minimal activity in it. Aroma of malts, biscuits, straw, light toffee. Taste is sweet with biscuits and cookie dough, clean malts, again light toffee. Nice bitterness on the aftertaste, with average duration. Medium body, average carbonation. Overall not a bad one, goes easily down.
