Our luscious blend of Jonagold, Pinova, and Winter Banana apples creates a pleasing sweetness with expressive floral notes. Enjoy at room temperature.

frosty! .. . quite a big alcohol kick in this one .. . bright apples and booze .. . a sipper for sure but it does lack subtlety .. . could be smoothed out to be great .. . . fanny pack? i call it an ass bag.

[5705-20130817] Bottle. Sweet apple aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with no lasting head. Sweet apple continues in the flavour. Medium body. Tasty, very drinkable. (8/3/8/4/16) 3.9

Bottle, shared by Matt after it spontaneously opened itself -- thanks to both Matt and whatever ghost spirit was trapped inside the bottle. I hope itís back haunting some more frozen apple fields. Anyway, I donít have much context for ice ciders, but Iím not going to let something silly like that stop me from rating it anyway. Pours clear gold, some white head. Quite sweet taste of apples and caramelized sugar, but also refined and almost delicate. I imagine I should sip this but Iíd be just as happy downing it and going back for another glass. Iím somewhat arbitrarily giving this a "4" because I like it as much as a beer I would give a 4 to, which means I think itís pretty damned tasty.

Bottle, pours a clear blonde with a fizzy head. Nose brings out potent apples, caramelized brown sugar and alcohol. Flavour is complex as hell, with caramelized sugar, and toffee. A tiny bit spritzy on the tongue. Excellent stuff.

Bottle courtesy of Paul. Tasted off. Flavors of glue upfront followed by honey, green apple and white wine. Wine drinkers and champagne fans would probably really enjoy the overall palate of this one. The flavors were off for me though.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with a light syrupy note and a hint if dryness. Flavor has lots of sweet apples that mellow in to a slight dry finish.

2013-08-17. Crisp dark yellow body, headless. Aroma of musty apples, light canoes (Canoes, really??!?! Damn it autocorrect!!! I think that was tannic but who knows.) apple notes. 7+ Flavour is relatively acidic, sweet muddled apple character throughout with light alcohol. 7++ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate, no carbonation. 3+ It is enjoyable and tasty but lacks the depth and subtlety of more complex ice ciders. Bottle at Campground Brewdown.

Sampled this at Campground Brewdown 2, thanks to Andy. Pours a clear golden caramel. Soft acid, lemony with some bright apple notes. Tart, apples, sugar and caramel. Big and ctart, but thins a bit. Big acid, apples, tangy acid and toast.

Bottle from Seattle. Spicy, chili pepper, sweet apple and frosty granny smith aroma. Clean, bright, fantastic flavor, bright acid and green appleóbut the flavor really dies out incredibly quick, even by mid-palate, and has zero finish. Doesnít quite have the body and fullness of the best Quebec ice ciders, but is still an excellent effort.

375, corked, wrapped, and kinda expensive. Pours a crystal clear bright gold with lots of shifting coloration under the light, and ridiculously viscous legs slopping down the sides of the glass. Safe to say thereís plenty of booze in this, and thereís some alcohol separation happening. Keep that in mind when you first lift the glass to your nose. Itís a hot and snappy little thing when itís first poured. Boozy, more on the fumey side than the vodka side, even. But then it breathes and softens and starts to showcase some really powerful and harmoniously concentrated apple essences. Great sugars, mild tannins, lots of different bright acidic notes. Wonderful complexity. Sugary apple goodness. The bodyís sticky thick, itís heavy, itís for dessert, itís for a harvest festival in the autumn. Donít be an idiot like me and open it on one of the hotter days in memory. But for what it has to offer in the place where it shines, itís really nice.
