Washington State grows remarkable apples, and Wild Washington Apple Cider is a tribute to its origins. We blend dessert apples that have made the region famous with traditional European cider apples. This cider is complex, balanced and aromatic. You smell apples; you taste a balanced tannic and acid character and then there is that long finish with a tinge of citrus. You will find our hand crafted cider enhances any appetizer, compliments any meal and is enjoyed on its own chilled

On tap at Hughies. Pours a clear white gold with small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is apple skin and wheat. Thin body, crisp apple, nice tartness, very good.

I don’t know about a tinge of citrus, but there’s a slight tart/sour character here that’s cool. Otherwise sweet apple juice like. Good, and a touch of complexity.

Bigger part of a 500ml bottle. Clear golden color. Thin ring of white head. Loose lace. Medium body. Very satisfying dryness. Lighter, kind of soft carbonation. Good yellow apple, touch of pear, nice apple-skin character, mildly peppery. Nice tannic. Moderate sweet taste, but not too sweet or slick or syrupy... The apricot one I tried just before this was a bit too sweet for me, but this has a very satisfying balance to the taste. Solid cider, I think.

500 ml bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a clear piss yellow color with no head and a few random bubbles sticking to the bottom of the glass. The aroma and flavor have very sweet apple juice, no tang like some ciders, just watered down apple juice. I would rather drink regular, non alcoholic apple cider.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy and musty, with dry apples in there. Flavour is quite cheap tasting, with medium sweetness, musty notes, and light wild notes. Fairly perfumey but well-incorporated. Decent.

[Tap] Sampled at Cider Summit Chicago 2015. Golden pour with a fizzy white head on top. Tart nose of apples and vinous notes. Red apples, grape, a mild funk bite and dry white wine flavors. Low to medium bodied. Not bad.

sample from bottle at 2014 houston big brew fest. Golden with small head. Mildly sweet with a surprisingly dull apple flavor. It just needs a bunch more flavor. Underwhelming

Reviewed from notes. This was from a growler from Breeze In (Lemon Creek/Juneau, AK). Thanks Aaron for bringing this over. This was poured into a wine glass for me. The appearance was a slightly a glossy/hazed over orange to yellow color with a vast array of bubbly carbonation seen rising. The smell had some tart and sour apples and then a light bitter citrus/floral sort of acidic aroma. The taste was tart, sour and acidic with a tinge of citrus coming through. Vinous - yup that too. On the palate, this one was exceptionally dry. It sat fairly light and construed a chilled dried grape-like pummeling over my tongue. Overall, this was a pretty dry cider. Would I have it again? Probably not.
