1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Was out shopping today and came across this in the cooler, and then realized I had had this about a year ago. Tiger Beer sponsored an event I attended in Toronto last Feb. Not impressionable to be honest. Kind of typical in most sense, added a vegetable sort of aftertaste I found weird that the time.

Bottle from SpringsLicker. Typical pale lager in appearance. Strange bitterness, vegetable hoppy??? Thin bodied.

This would be more aptly named "Zoo Tiger", ’cause it resembles the smelly, lifeless, haggard-ass beasts licking up their own vomit, living in a cement box, much more than it resembles the noble creature in the wild.
Pours pale yellow with a quick dissolving head. Tastes skunky, grassy, and watery.
Not so good.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
[can] Bright dark straw with a spongy head that quickly becomes little white lillypads. Aroma is a nice balance between noble hops and malt, but is very subdued, and with a grainy note. Flavour is simliar to a good continental pilsner, but the malt is not crisp--it’s sort of acid that lingers on the tongue. Also, very watery. Little bitterness and a bit sweet. Medium body and lots of carbonation. I wouldn’t have this beer again.

Bottle Pale, golden body. White, fizzy head, fully diminishing. Hints of hops in the nose. Uninteresting lightly bitter flavour.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Fizzy pale yellow beer with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a sweet mix of cheap malt and corn sugar with a faint hops presence. Flavor is sweet and sugary but some malty notes appear in the palate. Finishes with a bold burst of hops bitterness. Overall, this is my favorite Asian beer. Nothing spectacular, but excellent for the style. A pleasant surprise.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Veyr pale gold, looks commercial. Nose not doing much. Soft mouthfeel, again very commercial with minimum levels of hoppiness and not much more in the malt department. A hot arvo beer at best.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Look, smells and tastes just about what I expected out of a S.E. Asian Lager. Mild scent of non-distinguishable malts and hops, slight wheat and dusty scents too. A bit sweet but has a bit thicker of a body than most of the other Asian macro lagers. Nothing fancy here. Would be better were I in Singapore on a hot humid evening washing down some spicy Szechwan dish or Indian curry
