2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pale golden color out of the bottle with a one finger fizzy white head that quickly dissappeared. Not much of a nose. Some malty sweetness with a faint citrus finish. Not much going on here, but not all that bad.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Yellow color with a low sticky head. Some malt up front, honey-ish, low bitter. Thin and weak. Not as bad as I expected, but that doesn’t say much - I was prepared for the worse.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Why am I not surprised that this beer comes from Singapore? Well, first off, with a name like Tiger...that tips ya off. Also, it smells like it’s from India. OK, that may not make sense, but eat at an Indian restaurant (like I did today) and then try this beer later on, and you’ll think "This smells like it’s from India." Maybe it’s something in the water...I dunno. It tastes similar to many domestic brews like Budweiser, except it has a certain flair about it--it helps that the Indian smell also smells of biscuits and that carries over into the taste. Not a terrible beer, but not as good as Singha.

1.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Mildly sweet aroma. Clear golden colour with pretty much no head. Sweet yet lightly bitter with a strong alcoholic finish. Fizzy carbonation and watery body. I don’t have the words to do this justice. Can. Thanks, JoeMcPhee!

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
From bottle. Had been advertised to me by friends as an incredible beer, so of course it did not live up to its calling. Looked nice--good fluff-bubbly head, burnt orange/yellow color--but no dice on the sip. Grassy and harsh, masked only by the food I was eating at the time. Lots of bubbles, kind of bad on the palate. This cheap tasting drink is a marked contrast to the shee-shee, but excellent, "Tiger Tiger" bar in Piccadilly Circus in London. Ah, Bard, what’s in a name?

was very light but for its style what can someone expect. It was mainly malty with some citric notes in the aroma and flavor.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2004 Mandarin restaurant... well nothing better to accompany a buffet of mass produced chinese food than this doughy drink. Not skunky, bt very metallic. A pinch of sweetness. It’s close, but no cigar... unless you’re eating at the mandarin of course!

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: DEC 7, 2008 [12 oz. bottle] Pale straw color with a very thin white head. Faint malt aroma with a hint of hops, corn and biscuit. Malty and sweet taste at first that disappears quickly and leaves a slightly sweet aftertaste. Thin and watery and very carbonated.

Another SIL. Couldn’t find any tiger taste at all. Less hoppy and more malty than the usual pilses around me
