2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: MAR 19, 2004 Oddly enough I was served this in an Irish Coffee mug. So working from there.... Not much to speak of with this beer it had malt and hops. The hops lasted a while which I like. Anyhoo, it had a card on the menu saying it had just won a gold medal at some international beer festival, I giggled, it just ain't that good. The palate thing is a something special for it.

Canned. Pale golden color. It's not bad, but somewhat resembles sugared water. Rather boring.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours light gold and fizzy. Blink-gone white head, plenty of carb though. Dull aroma. It's drinkable but the beer has a funny sweet flavour that I can't put my finger on.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at Poppy Red, Birmingham. This is actually one of my preferred premium lagers, and a solid choice in the sort of places where trendy young people hang out. It strikes me as rather a creamy tasting lager, yet it remains pretty crisp and dry. Obviously it's got something in common with Freakee Soda, which is a deeply terrifiying thought. That aside, yes, it's not too bad.

Very non-descriptive. Clear and crisp on a hot day, but nothing more than that. Resembles a mass produced SAB beer.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
(500ml can) Clear pale golden body with small head. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy/herbal. Taste is watery carbonated malt -- pretty tasteless. Light body.

Oddly greenish. Bad nose. Sour and adjuncts. Probably blessedly, has no flavor.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Thanks to argo0 I can now check Singapore of the countries list. Yellow fizzy body with a foamy white head. Simple malt and hop aroma. Not nearly as bad as I expected. The flavor is non-offensive and that is ths best think going for it. Body is light and fizzy. As MilkmanDan said, it is better than a Singapore caning.

1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Very pale and fizzy beer, with head that is gone in a second. Aroma is not that clear, but the flavor is on sweet side. palate is very thin.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2005 Thanks to argo0 for bringing this! Standard yellow with a white head. Light malt and very faint hops. Hint of aluminum, also. Body is thin, but it’s not unexpected. Some corn-y notes abound. Easy to drink, just not very good.
