The body has a pale light golden color with very good clarity. Its head is fairly thick, frothy and bright white in color. The head hangs on well as it slowly fades down to just a thin cap and makes some lacing on the glass along the way. Its aroma is light and simple with notes of light grain, hay and grassy hops. The flavor is similar its aroma, not sweet and not too bitter. It has a clean and mellow grainy malt character with just a light grassy hop taste on the finish. The palate is very drinkable with a medium body, smooth wet texture and average carbonation.

A bit malty/corny with a peppery effervescence on the nose. Similar to some Indian beers I’ve had. Not bad

ARH (381) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 22, 2014
Poured from a 16 oz can into a plastic cup. The aroma is overwhelmingly corn and dry grains with a bit of citrus. It pours a clear, ripe corn-yellow color with a white head. A sparse surface sprinkle of head is retained with a thin ring consisting of random small to medium sized bubbles. This also leaves behind a messy web like lacing. The taste is a medium sweet with a light bitterness at the finish. It’s a slick texture with a fizzy carbonation and a medium body. The taste is primarily warm corn bread with butter and honey. It has a light spiciness (coriander?) and lemon at the finish. A grainy, muffin like character lingers for a short time in the aftertaste.
