Only ever had this from a can or a bottle—cans off supermarket shelves in Bangkok and a bottle at the Smile Bar in Nong Khai, Thailand, just across the border from Laos. Therefore, I can’t say much about the head or appearance of this beer. (Oh, hold on. Ok, I just poured some out on the ground, and we’re getting a ... yeah, that’s watery-piss yellow. Pours watery-piss yellow.) And smells like... Dog food! Wow. It smells more like dog food than Purina One. No shit. I’m giving this a 1 for smelling like dog food. Beer should not smell like dog food. After having loads of Chang and Leo for weeks, the taste of Tiger is refreshingly different. It almost tastes (I shit you not) chocolatey. However. I will stop there. Compared to the gorgeous array of microbrews I had been recently enjoying back in the USA, Tiger, is, of course, pure shite. Not bad for some cheap sessioning though.

Golden, thick white froth, not very persistent. Refreshing, a little sweet, a little tannic. Nothing special, but nice and refreshing.

Puszka 0,3l. CIężko napisać cokolwiek pozytywnego i cokolwiek w ogóle. Płyn niemal pozbawiony smaku i aromatu, nieco kwaskowości w zapachu, typowej dla korpolagerów. Ledwo wyczuwalna słodowość w smaku. Kolor odpowiedni dla pale lagerów. Wodniste, nawet bez wyczuwalnego alkoholu.

Pint can from happy village. Extremely thin. Lots of carbonation. Smells pretty terrible, urine. Rice? Thin in the mouth. No real flavor. I would hesitate to drink it when it isn’t ice cold.

Clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is fairly skunky. Taste is grassy and a touch bitter and sweet. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

"Pale Lager" is all you need to know really. Pours yellow and fizzy, not much in the way of head. Aroma is corn and grain with pale malt, not too bad as far as this type of thing goes. No complexity in flavour but it serves it’s purpose and is quite drinkable on a warm sunny day, especially from the fridge.

Had a few of these with my Chinese food at Yangtze. For what it is not bad, no bad aftertastes goes down well with spicy food.

Basically a bud or miller with a tiny bit more hops and orange flavoring. Award winning for something standard and mass produced I guess. Bottle in London
