12 oz bottle. Aroma is similar to the basic American style lagers. It pours a nice light gold with good carbonation. The taste is quite light for my liking. Light all around with a thin texture. This beer is easy to drink but not that interesting. A basic lager.

It goes great with a curry and it is a little bit of a tradition. However, drinking more than one (and without a curry) just becomes dull.

Grain, malty, pale golden, white head not persistant, taste of grain, quite sweet, light body, medium carbonation...the tiger doesn’t roar this time.

Can. Golden, small and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - some corn and sweetish aroma, light metal and really faint hoppyness. Body is light, malty – some corn and lightly sweetish flavor, light metal. Finish is short, malty - some corn and lightly sweetish - sweetish, light - some metal. Watery and sweetish lager with sharp notes of metal - lacks bitterness and character.

Keg at O’Leary’s Changi Airport. Pours golden amber with thin white head. Aroma is of corn and malts. Tastes really malt forward, a little grass and corn. Quite carbonated but refreshing in stuffy airport. Another pale lager!

Aroma not great, chemical twang! :/ smooth taste rolls over the tongue, great beer this drink anytime, with or without food. Sweet flourish.

Canette 500ml. [notes 2005]

Bottle thanks to YH for picking this up for me. I didn’t have the hart to tell him we can get it in Boise. Its’s the thought that counts. Pours out a clear crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is corn and sweet wet wheat. taste is more of the sweetness a odd metalic note on the end.

Light straw color with average activity. White 2 finger head lasting around 3 minutes with average legs. Faint aromas and flavors of corn, grains, citrus, herbal spices. More sweet than bitter with an undertone of apples. Strong artificial sugary feel. Light body with prickly carbonation. Faint and short finish ending with an faint herbal grassy feel. Overall the Tiger beer is quite bland with a rather unpleasant adjunct taste and nose, while the freshness if relatively good while being overly accessible.
