Apr 20, 2006 Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. I guess this REALLY is supposed to be a Marzen - unusual for a British beer. Tastes soft and flat. Some hint at German malt and Bock-type chessiness and nuttiness, but it’s very slight. Doesn’t taste the strength and not exciting. Flat tawny brown, no head.
