COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Comfortably Blonde is an easy drinking American Blonde Ale. This blonde is lighter and less bitter than traditional Pale Ales yet contains plenty of malt sweetness to support the ample additions of Crystal hops. Brewed with American Ale yeast, this is a perfect gateway beer for the mainstream American Pilsner beer drinker. We hope to convert the masses and make them comfortable with this perfectly crafted session beer

A decent and easy to drink blonde. Not hoppy or bitter at all. Pours a light yellow with a white head. Had after a 13 miler ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear yellowish pour from draft at park tavern. Not much head. Sweet butter lemon scent. Taste is similar. Pleasant easy drinking. I like it for the style.

On tap at Park Tavern. Pours clear golden with white head. Aromas of bread, cereal grains, citrus, and some hops. Flavors of citrus, hops, some bready malts, and some cereal. Lighter mouthfeel. Pretty tasty for a golden/blonde ale.

Pale yellow with good, foamy, white head / Clean nose of grain, honey, and resin / Medium body, soft carbonation, a touch watery, hint of sweetness but mostly dry with bitter finish / Mild flavors of grain, biscuit, honey, and resin / Much like a pilsner.

On tap at Bill’s Pub in Mundelein. Pours vibrant yellow with some of a white head. Aroma has some lemony fruit, some earth and bread. Taste is of crisp sweetish lemon with hay and biscuit. Finishes smooth and light, with a bit of length. Faintly sweet and fruity, without a lot of distinguishing characteristics. A nice summer-hot-day brew and fine enough for having with some pizza.

Sampled from the tap at the Mundelin beer fest. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has sweet grains and a bit of earthiness backed by light fruit. Flavor has a lots of sweet grains and breads without much else.

Flight pour on tap at the brewpub (Mundelein, IL). Pours a rich glowing golden hue, rich healthy glow, with touches of haze. Golden glowing flashes keep up, with a frothy brighter white head atop. Dies to a loose film, thicker ring that laces small. Aromas are crisp pale bready malts, cereal grains, touches of bread yeast. Some mellow grass, spice, and clean sweet bready essence. Initial is mellow sweetness, a lighter end of the spectrum preaches bready malts, crackers, cereal grains. A mellow sweetness and touches of earthy and grassy hops with just a touch of spice, mellow touches of crisp bready, dry, with just a faint waft of toasted malts. Backend is clean and dry, gentle crisp sweetness is balanced well by a gentle earthy hopping. Clean, refreshing. Nice.

Draft at Tighthead and a growler fill. Pours a nice gold with a lasting white head. The nose is quite clean with some light fruity esters and some faint grassy hopping. Clean malt profile as well. On tasting, really crisp and refreshing with welcome fruity notes. Very well fermented. Balancing bitterness and crispness to the malt. Really great Blonde ale.

Pours a nice clear gold and is a very easy drinking beer. A very well balanced beer, sweet maltiness with a solid hop profile. This beer can be served to anyone who enjoys beer and it will be enjoyed. A solid everyday offering.
