I wanted to try this when I was in TJ a couple of years ago but did not have time or opportunity. Bottle. Gold with a hint of haze and minimal head. Aroma is a bit off-wort scent. Grainy with that off-wort taste lingering in the background.

A: The pour is a clear straw color with a fizzy white head that dies away quickly.
S: Not a horribly offensive aroma, but not necessarily a good one, either. Pretty watery with some mild grain/malt notes to it and a bit of skunk. This is supposed to be a 100% malt beer, but I can’t help but smell corn.
T: Pretty much the same story with the flavor. Watered down for the most part with a bit of grain/malt flavor. Some grassy hops, mild skunk, and an overall pretty bland flavor.
M: Certainly light bodied with a medium level of carbonation.
O: I was expecting worse, but this turned out to be okay. I won’t say it was good, or that I’d want to drink it again, but it wasn’t offensive.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal, malt, and a bit of straw, leading to a dry, metallic, and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Powertrip (758) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 4, 2011
Single bottle purchased from Silver Sprints Wine & Spirits - Calgary, AB 03/01/2011. Colour: Pale yellow with low head that dissolves quickly. Nose: Extremely yeasty with faint traces of flower petals. Taste: light sweet, medium bitter, medium sour. Soapy entrance, bland bitter barley in the middle, bitter bread finish. Over-carbonated. The glorified blurb to describe this beer is pure fabrication intended to make something of nothing.

Bottle. Clear golden, average white head. Cereal and odd marzipan aroma and flavour, notmuch in the way of hops really at all. Maybe I have an old bottle (no BBD). Forgettable.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Sdaniel90 (178) - Estado de México, MEXICO - MAY 3, 2010
Bottle, 355ml. Pours a clear golden colour with lots of carbonation, would look pretty macro if not for the nice (although quick to disolve) fluffy white head. Aroma is nice, predominantly cereal and grassy smells. Taste is light and refreshing, easy to drink, though nothing special. Has a nice bitter finish. Good for a warm summer’s day.
