2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 reebtogi (3262) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 1, 2012
330ml bottle from World of Beers gift box pours a pale straw color with a small white head which leaves no lacing. Aroma is grainy with some grass. Taste is malty sweet with some grassy hop bitterness. If this is craft brewed beer, one would never know it, just appears to be another typical macro lager.

I wanted to try this when I was in TJ a couple of years ago but did not have time or opportunity. Bottle. Gold with a hint of haze and minimal head. Aroma is a bit off-wort scent. Grainy with that off-wort taste lingering in the background.

A: The pour is a clear straw color with a fizzy white head that dies away quickly.
S: Not a horribly offensive aroma, but not necessarily a good one, either. Pretty watery with some mild grain/malt notes to it and a bit of skunk. This is supposed to be a 100% malt beer, but I can’t help but smell corn.
T: Pretty much the same story with the flavor. Watered down for the most part with a bit of grain/malt flavor. Some grassy hops, mild skunk, and an overall pretty bland flavor.
M: Certainly light bodied with a medium level of carbonation.
O: I was expecting worse, but this turned out to be okay. I won’t say it was good, or that I’d want to drink it again, but it wasn’t offensive.
