Color is a light tint of brown with a nice fluffing of head created. Has a full serving of caramel in the aroma. Texture runs thin but still has a light malt sweetness backed with caramel that makes this a quaffable cerveza. A considerable beer thats good.

Bottled bought at Holiday wine cellar. Nice dark brown pour, minimal head, Sweet mouthfeel, no real taste of burnt malt...some slight roasted flavor, but more on the caramel side, easy drinking, quality brew, very enjoyable!

Courtesy fordest. Poured a darkish amber color with a thin film of whitish head. Clean aroma with some nuttiness. Mild flavor with nutty tones and a dry finish. Drinkable offering on a pretty bland style.

As part of a variety pack at World Market. This is quite unexpectedly good. Very nice. Wish this was available as many places as Corona. Serving: Bottle

Found this bottled in an import multi-pack at World Market in St. Charles, Illinois. Clear, dark brown pour with a nice, thick tan head, mild chocolate and nuts in the nose, smoky, chocolatey coffee taste with a caramel, malty finish. Probably the best Mexican beer I’ve ever had.

12 oz bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Deep amber-brown pour with a small short lived light brown head. Aroma is sweet caramelized malt. Flavor is lightly sweet and nutty followed by a light acidic bite and a lingering semi-dry finish. Light-medium bodiied with lively carbonation. Negra Modelo like.

Malt hop aroma. Clear brown/red ??? colour with poor head and lacing. Bitter malt flavour. Fizzy palate. Not what I was expecting.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of Saarlander, thanks Aaron. rather dark pour for the style as it was a very dark amber with s hort lived khaki head. caramelly sweet but not overly so. more of a marzen. definitely better than what I was expecting since its from Tijuana. not bad, not bad at all.

5 Mar 06 - Fruit malty aroma. Red-brown colour (not what I’d expect from a Cerveza), low head and lacing. Light fruity malt and roastiness. A sharp malty finish.
