COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tikka Gold a quality premium beer brewed with patience using malt, rice, hops, yeast and spring water. A Pilsner style with Indian character having a good balance of dryness and bouquet of hops and a soft malt character to complement spicy foods.

500 ml bottle. Golden colour, flocculating thin head. Mild grassy aroma, slightly bready maltiness, a hint of diacetyl. Dry finish with moderate bitterness and almost no taste. Soft texture, medium body.

Pours a clear golden with a foamy white head. Aroma is lot of rice, some mild hops, and very small indiscernible amount of hops. Flavor is rice, a very light sweetness, slight hops note, and rather watery. Palate is sweet and slightly sticky. Overall, Meh...Another Pale Lager. I was expecting more from the great country of Belgium, but even they can make a sub-par Pale Lager.

Poured a very pale yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is sweet with some lemon. Some yeast as well, but a little skunky. Rice is noticeable. Taste is slightly bitter and grassy with some rice and yeast. Aftertaste is not great. Overall it is ok, but you let me down belgium!

foul rubber aroma. Pours a clear golden yellow, thin white head. Unsatisfying over-fermented vinegar taste. Leaves you wishing you could taste more rice.

Brew HaHa - Curry? What curry? I must have missed the secret spice, but what I did catch of this beer was good. Fruity nose and body presented in a lager style. Definitely an above average lager that I will seek out.

Shalimarissa 11/2015. Regular, quite pure pale lager. Nothing special, works quite well with spicy food.

Bottel 0,5 l at a nepalese restaurant. Golden with a overpouring white head. Nose is sweetish with some perfume crispiness. Flavor is intensely perfumey bitter with some pilsener like qualities, but the bitterness feels artificial, like soap or mosquito repellant. Some sweetness in background. Quite flavorful anyway.

Halve liter fles in Punjab restaurant Londen. Pilskleur, aardige kraag. Weinig geur, smaak en nasmaak. Goed genoeg om het etem mee weg te spoelen, maar op zichzelf staande onvoldoende.

Bottle - I love the thought behind this. An Indian beer brewed in Belgium. Had this at an Indian restaurant. This is right up there with Taj Majal, Singha, etc, etc with slightly more sweet malt character and a pleasant finish.

A clear gold brew with good head of foam and retention. Malty nose with some balancing spicy hop bitterness. Sweetish malt followed by some grain and spicy crisp bitterness from the hops. I especially love the finish; maybe the best part of this session. Medium body and carbonation. A nice Pilsner of the German kind brewed in Belgium.
