Pours an amberish color, with creamy tan head. Smells of malt and wheat come through fairly strong in the nose. Some toffee. Light mouthfeel and relatively easy to drink. Quite nice, flavors of nut and wheat are in the beginning. Mostly malty. Enjoyable, but I won’t be buying a 6’er of it.

Good looking drink, a deep chestnut body with a foamy, sustained tan head. The aroma is sweet with caramel and toffee, tempered by a soft nutty bitterness, all of which lasts into the taste. A subtle fruity flavor emerges near the end. Finishes on a sweet, buttery note. This is good session material.

Tan head on a brwn body. It has a rather sweet taste and lots of hints of fruits, caramel, candy sugar, etc. A bit roasted too, a bit bitter at the end.

Bottle. Poured a reddish brown with a small tan head that fizzed out quickly. Looks of high carbonation in the glass at first but then calms down. Very sweet aroma with honey, caramel, and apple standing out. The flavor found caramel, honey, and cinnamon. Maybe a very slight hint of roast but overall very sweet with a sweet aftertaste that hangs around for a while.

A good malty aroma and taste from chocolate malts. Slightly smoky in taste as well. Not particularly strong taste at first, but the aftertaste lingers with a faint whiff of cinnamon and caramel.

Not a bad brown ale at all, dark brown pour, nice beige head that lasted the whole time, nice sweetness like toffee and caramel, nice hop bite, nice maltiness, good beer.

Bottle: Very sweet aroma of apples, toffee, and yeast. Pours a hazy reddish-brown with a small tan head that quickly fades to a ring. Rather sweet. Apple, honey, candy sugar, toffee up front. Light tartness in the middles. Finishes with moderate yeastiness with the slightest hints of roastiness.
