Rich Rum Raisin, Chocolate, Plum, Yeast and Hoppy flavors. Sweet but nicely balanced flavor. Thanks to the easy drinkability and great taste, I would highly recommend this beer to just about anyone.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a deep mahogany with a large foamy tan head with long lasting retention. Dark stone fruit and caramel aroma. Tastes of raisins and caramel. Full bodied with a slight carbonic bite and a little alcohol warming, slightly creamy. Delicious beer.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep brown pour with a nice off white head, aromas of caramel and brown sugar, some toffee/coffee notes. Full body taste. Heavy for a brown ale but i like that. Taste like brown sugar and mocha. I feel like this is a great beer when you want something with a light roast but not burnt like some stouts.

Pours a amber brown color. Has a aroma that lies somewhat in between Brown Ale and the Dubel but isnít really special.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Caramel brown colour, creme head. Aroma of caramel, loads of sweet caramel with an edge reminding of cheap malt vinegar. Very sweet flavour. Watery body. Finish caramel.
Iím not a big fan of brown ales, and this one is really not to my taste. It is rather weird to see this bottle here in Iceland, produced less than 20km from my birth town, while Iíve never seen it in The Netherlands. Saw it before in Spain though, so I guess itís mostly exported. Not losing anything with it, I guess.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
weird brew. Very vinegary but in a bad no-so-funky way. Yeast all over it, malty finish. Very watery.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Well-travelled 330ml bottle from BevMo drank at home. Deep ruby capped finely with beige. Sweet, chocolate-coated raisin, fig, iron filings, plum sauce, battered chipshop sausage, fudge-filled old work boot aroma. Disappointingly un-sour with a sweet, pleasant, caramel-drizzled evergreen character. Black cherry and marzipan tones. Decent but was hoping for something a little sour.
