Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a large, disappearing white head. Lacing is above average. Aromas of brown sugar, caramel, and toffee. Thin texture with a flat carbonation. Tastes of caramel and some malts. Average beer at best.

This is my first true review, so here goes: Poured with a dark reddish brown color, with little head. It has a slightly nutty aroma and taste, very refreshing light body with a moderately bitter aftertaste of hops. As others have stated - it presents itself very well as an exceptional session drinker.

4-pack of bottles from Whole Foods. Pours a big 1.5 inch off-white head and an amber colored body. The nose is yeasty and woodsy. Flavors include bubblegum, subtle caramel, candi sugar, toffee, and cola. Finishes dry and yeasty. Medium carbonation and body. This is a decent session brew.

What is up with that label?!?! Pours brown with a thin head. Roasted nutty malt aroma. Some earthy tones and some dark fruitiness, almost cherry-plum like. Nice sweet cola like flavour, but not overbearing. The body is a bit light but acceptable.. Very drinkable sweet flavour and a light fruity finish. I actually really enjoyed this one.

doesn’t seem much like a brown ale to me, but it was certainly delicious. Pours amber with a fizzy, clean head. Malt is lightly sweet and refreshing especially paired with the light hopping. Overall this is an extremely drinkable beer that would lend itself to session drinking or out at the grill.

NIce one a little nutty, but strong and with character. I liked it and the label it’s awesome, reminds me a famous painting.
