COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
This is the first of our regular beers and was brewed to be a light hoppy golden session ale, with a taste appealing to everyone. Falls Gold takes its name from the waterfall on the Tillingbourne river near Wotton, which has seen many a marriage proposal - so we’re told!

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Siba 2014. Clear amber lasting beige head. It’s fine. Quite a fruity drinkable bitter with enough biscuit malt and some English hops on the finish. Yep it’s a bitter and quite a decent one at that.

Cask at Kings Tun JDW. Pale yellow / orange, still, bubbly white head leaves thick lacing. Aroma - indistinct toned down fruit. Body - light, fair amount of spritz for a cask beer. Taste - light caramel, lemon and bubblegum esters, very soft bitterness. Not bad.

Cask at the Kings Tun JDW, bright gold with a thin lacing white head and a sweetly-tart peach malt and citrus nose. Body is juicy golden fruit with a very well judged floral and citrus hoppiness and a faintly spicy bitter edge. Delicious.
