Somewhat opaque orange with small fluffy white foam head. Aroma is sour, so is taste. These gueuze’s are nice ones you get used to them. (Brussels 201405)

On tap, 25cL. @Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. A clear orange beer with brown hues. Large white head. Some big bubbles on the foam. Medium persistence. Aroma of smoke, vinegar. Heavy sour, light bitter, very light sweet note. Light body, watery texture. Soft carbonation. Lasting sour finish. Not so dry than gueuze’s Tilquin. Difference can also be explained by the fact that the temperature was a bit higher, I think. Overall, a nice blend Lambic. Recommended. I drank this one with a vegetarian quiche !

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels. Hazy orange shade with a short ring of bubbles. Citrussy leading into apple fruitiness. Cheesiness just breaking through. Not the most sour but ending is bone dry. Compares well to their regular gueuze. Tasty stuff.

@Zythos festival 2014. Light amber coloured and hazy. Has a white head, diminishing. Aroma and flavor is acid, barnyard, pure acid. LIghtly astringent. Light sprakling carbonation.

Draft at Moeder Lambic. Pours clear golden yellow with a thin bubbly head. Low on carbonation (just a tad of fine champagne alike tingle on the tip of the tongue). Aroma is more on the lambic side than on gueuze: wooden notes mingled up in lemon/citrus zeste, horseblanket/barnyard. Light body, quite acidic punch but quite complex. Nice lambic as Always with Tilquin
