3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle, best before 05/02/11.
It pours a clear, pale gold with a foamy bright white head.
The nose is light and subtle, there is a hint of white table sugar and also some bread.
The flavor is standard Euro Pale LAger, not a pilsener. It is balanced with a bready, papery malt bill and a smidge of noble hops in the finish.
It is ok, pretty run of the mill.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: AUG 27, 2012 RE-RATE in Timisoara. Override! First bottle in Hunedoara
Gold thick white head, a few threads of rising bubbles; could be livelier. Judging by the aroma the beer skews malty, but clean. Refeeshing. And there are more hops in the palate than the aromas let on. Clean.
18.104.22.168.10....obviously does not travel well, because compare with: Tall can, from the Romanian/Bulgarian grocer in Paphos. Very carbonated looking with ugly head. Inoffensive cereal grain, corn flake aroma. Easy drink. A bit too much cornflake, roasted cornmeal in the flavor department but overall not bad.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from Randallís. Had some tag highlighting it as, "Outstanding Romanian Pilsner!" or some such business. Pours a clear, pale golden color with a lot of rising carbonation and a big foamy white head that settles into an uneven film with some lace. Aroma of grass, straw, pale malts, cereal, corn, skunk, minerals, and a lot of dry grains. Flavor of minerals, metal, sweet pale malts, corn, cereal, grains, sugar, and straw. Finishes pretty sweet after starting a little skunky and metallic. Light-bodied, with high carbonation. About what I expected.

Blond and bland pilsner. Little aroma and thin body. I only bought because I havenít had many beers from Romania.

0.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Appearance: light straw, clear. Pours with a decent head which fades into a collar surrounding a blotchy puddle. Swirls with no lace and a minimal head.
Nose: very faint. Finally able to discern lemon cream and lemon meringue. French bread and baguettes and finishing with withering blades of green grass.
Palate: chewiness of French rolls with a crusty finish which is where I find dried out blades of green grass and lemon pith. Rather decent mouthfeel for a macro lager, though nothing to write home about. Dried flower petals in the breath. A super hard finish makes for an eventually unpleasant finish to each quaff; like sucking on minerals, rock, and hard salt.
Final Thoughts: meh. Been there and tasted it. Considering her region of origin and contract brewer, a descent attempt but a descent attempt not a good beer make.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Big bottle about 16 oz. Nice clean looken pale lager pilsner fer sure. Clean aroma too, no inkling of skunk here pal. Rolling CO2 visble. Oh yes, nice tasting but I canít seem to say its much different than typical pale lagers. Its pilsner bite is much less than other beers Iíve tasted that have been classified as pilsner. Smooth and rather refreshing, pleasantly surprised. Goodly amount of pleasing CO2 on the tongue. I was expecting some kind bitter pale lager beer thing that is so common and typical from that part of the world. Perhaps this is what pilsner really should taste like? Pretty good over all. On the finish it tries to go into pilzy bite but never really gets there.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can, 50 cl. Golden coloured beer with medium head that lasts and has some lacing also. Aroma of grains and malts, light sweet also. Taste is grainy, malty, light sweet, with some hops giving the beer a light bitter touch at the end. Overall nice pils.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A medium gold colored body with a large bright white head. The nose has some notes of raw potato along with a little bit of hay. The taste is initially raw potato along with a sharp celery spice finish. There is also a metallic note in the finish. Actually, this is a decent pils, just boring more than anything.
