Hazy straw, soapy bubbles and doesn’t last. Yeast, malt/barley, some skunk. Taste was similar but with a fruitiness that was a nice bonus. A little sweet, sugary, just a touch.

Can or bottle at Phoenix Restaurant, Vaslui, Romania, March 2013. Pours clear, golden with white head. Smelled malt and corn but can’t be sure about it - the place reeked of cigarette smoke. Tastes bitter, corny and stingy. Light body, soft fizz and short finish.

Pale amber pour from the bottle. Negligible head that is gone within a minute. Skunky aroma, like a cheap knockoff of standard American lawnmower beer. Tastes like fermented corn and hay. I feel rather like a cow at the moment. I won’t be finishing this beer. Blech. Medium-bodied, which is surprising for such a sour skunk beer. Not for me. I might take one on a hot day after hard work in the sun, but only if there was nothing better. It is better than Budweiser, Miller, Coors, or any other mass-produced American piss.

Great easy drinkable beer. Best variant is the draft variant. You can find it in almost all the bars and pubs in the western part of Romania.

Pours a see through gold. I like the big white head that leave some lacing. The aroma is faint at best. The taste is clean and crisp - surprisingly not terrible but a pretty boring beer. I could drink this if the options were extremely limited.

This beer is golden with nearly no head, and the aroma is skunky and yeasty. The taste is quite sour, slightly sweet, and slightly salty, and the palate combines light body, thin and slick texture, average carbonation, and an abrupt finish.

Ljus gyllene i färgen, vitte skum. Doftar unket våt hund sur malt, söt malt. Smakar lite unket sött, gräs, vått hö. Uselt.

0.5 l bottle in Bucarest... Uninspiring Pilsener taste... Nothing special, did not order another one...

500ml can (carried by Mari, non-RB, for 3k km, thanks). Pale yellow color. No head. Not much of aroma. Not much of flavor too. Very typical "lets make yellow water" type of brew. Never again.

Poured this beer from the bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a clear, bubbly, lighter-gold color with a good-sized foamy white head with average retention, and modest cling and lacing. The aroma featured straw and grainy hops, with some earthy and barley tones, and a light sour mash. Its taste was a bitter-sour grainy blend with notes of straw and barley, and very light sweet malt. Its body had light carbonation and fizz, and was a bit watery and wet, with a fairly full mouthfeel. Not bad for an uncelebrated pale lager.
