3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
11.2 ounce brown bottle from binneyís - chicago. Pours a deep, clear redish amber color with fadinbg white head. Intense raspberry syrup aroma.
Light body with mouthfeel from carbonation. Slightly sweet malty flavor balance augmented by semi-sweet raspberry syrup character. Slight tartness offests forceful fruitiness. Too sweet for more than one.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Beautiful rose color with a foamy pink head. Brambly raspberry aroma. Flavor of tart raspberry. None of the typical wild fermentation eccentricities. A good solid fruit beer, but not a great lambic.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a reddish brown with a very slightly pink head. Nose is a little sweet with some raspberries in there. Taste is slightly sweet without being overtly so - little bit of sour to balance out the beer. Interesting.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Red-amber is a very accurate description of this beer, which is also pretty dark and somewhat opaque. It has a fine, bright white head and some thick, strong lacing. Its nose is fantastic, potent and very much like a dessert syrup with a hint of cough syrup. Itís extremely light in the mouth, though, and somewhat watery. The wonderful fruitiness thatís in the nose is drained from the flavor, leaving a pretty empty palate. If you donít like lambics much because of their fruitiness, then this may be the lambic for you: tame, thin, and easy. It leaves a nice faint whisper of reduced raspberries in the finish that reminds me of the juice from a berry popsicle.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark cherry red with pillowy off-white head. Smells like Smuckerís Strawberry Jam. Medium-bodied palate is sweet, high on strawberry and low of effervescence. Like most Lambicís I donít want to drink a pint of it, but Iíd like to mix it with a god Stout or Porter or have a little with chocolate ice cream.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Decent, but not as good as Lindemans, IMO. That said, it was still pleasant, with sweet, wholesome and fresh raspberry elements. Also found it to be earthy, slightly funky and mildly tart.
