Bottle. Poured a clear cranberry in color with a medium sized light pink head that was mostly lasting and had excellent lacing. The aroma was of course heavy with the scent of raspberry’s, light bread malts and a sweet yeast. It tasted sweet a loaded with raspberry at first then moved to sweet-sour raspberry flavor at the end with the flavor only staying on the tastebuds a short time. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall a nice and refreshing Lambic.

Decent fruit beer. Has some real raspberry I think, but it’s also too sweet. And the lambic is hard to detect.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy red color with a one-finger white head. Aroma of malt and raspberries. Taste is of malt and bread but primarily of bubbly raspberries. Lively carbonation. Starts out sweet but becomes tart after a moment. Not (too) much though. Very crisp and a bit dry - a bit like drinking a kid-friendly fruit-champagne. Very good.

Aroma is raspberries, fruit and wine qualities. The flavor is raspberries, fruit, high carbonation, mild vinous qualities and a very tart finish.

Bottle: clear, red to salmon, light head and light lace. Massive berry lift. Very clean and fresh. Slightly bready, toast. Off dry, moderate level of sourness and not bitter. Fresh, medium length, fine acid driven palate. Lacks a little depth. Just light and refreshing.

Clear red beer, tidy pale pink head. Palate is light and dry and a little crispy. Sweet and sour raspberry, dry. That’s about it. Dry finish. Good fruits but dry.

Extrem fruchtiger Geruch nach Erd- und Himbeere. Im Antrunk trocken, nur ein Hauch von süß. Tänzelnde Brettsaromen.

Bottle. Clear red pour with thin very light pink head, almost white. Aroma is fruity, nice punchy raspberry aroma, not artificial which came as a bit of a surprise. Taste is also actually not so sweet, much less diabetic than is the norm with these commercial berry lambics, this one combines a nice fruity acidity and fruity sweetness. Palate is a bit thin and overcarbed, could be more mellow. Quite ok.
