Elegant and optimal aspect with good and resistant rose-colored head. Beautiful intense red color with clear glares and optimal bubbly. Intense and much homogenous scent with cherry notes, amarena and withered red grape. Sweet but absolutely balanced and not excessive taste like many others of the same kind. Good and harmonious with correct mix of beer and fruit.

May 25, 2007 Bottle at home. Strawberry red colour with pinkish foam. Lime aroma, reminiscent of candy. Cherry flavour, quite sweet and a bit zingy at the end. Not bad in comparison to the other Lambics I’ve had.
