3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is one of the tamest lambics Iíve had. The strength of this beer is that itís refreshing and easy to drink. The weakness is that it isnít very complex or interesting. It does have lambic character, however, with plenty of sour grapefruit and some pine needles and barnyard funk. Itís just not as wild as the really good lambics.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle
A fair priced lambic exceeded my expectations. While not quite on par with Cantillon and 3F sours it still makes a nice beer for drinking when you want something with a little bite. The fact that it is about half the cost is an added bonus.
Aroma / Appearance - A transparent golden body is capped by a crisp white head. Lemon polish, yeast, and a light trace of vinegar yield a sourness which is not harsh. Instead it invites more reflection until you finally take that first sip.
Flavor / Palate - Sourness is immediate but not overpowering. Lemons, dry yeast, and old orange peels do not cut very deep. However it does retain a nice refreshing aspect that continues all the way into a moderate finish. Trying this makes me want to see if I can locate any other Timmerman bottles at the local shops.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Little cloudy, golden with disappearing white head. Nose: very fruity. Taste has lemon and is very sour (but really sour) with a dry finish. Well carbonated. Very fine Geuze!!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
3/3/14. 750mL bottle from Louisville Beer Store. Hazy orange pour with a nice khaki head that fades to a small ring. Funky aroma, nice tartness, lemony and acidic, more funk, plenty of oak, touches of vanilla. Nice flavor, tart, touches of vinegar, citrus, lemon, funk, touches of oak and vanilla, all melds nicely. Yum.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus fruit skins, some horse blanket, and funk. Flavour brings out tart citrus fruit skins, low-to-medium funk, and acidic. Finishes acidic, vinegary and tart. This being a Timmermanís beer, it will be underrated, but this is really quite good.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sample at Kurtkeller 006: Cascade-tastic 01 on 02/21/2014. This beer pours a hazy straw color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of apples, lemons and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of tart fruit, yeast and oak, as well as a bit of spice. The finish is moderately tart with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy orange golden with a small white head. Aroma of sour lemons, citrus peel, slight funk. Flavour is similar, nice pungent sourness. I like a little more cellar funk in my Lambic, but the intense tartness makes up for it.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle: Nose is white wine, white grape, slight apple, honey, cellar, dust slight leather in the finish. Taste is very, very tart, green apples, white grape, leading to a surprisingly sweet note in the finish. Mouthfeel is slick despite high carbination.
There is not the funky depth of a great oude geuze but this is a good, and certainly the only Timmermans Iíve actively liked.

375 mml bottle tasted on 05/02/2014 in Brussels. Apple dominates all the categories. The carbonation is fine and the balance is good. Next one please.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
2012 Bottle. Hazy gold with a head that vanishes straight away. Aroma of damp hay, apricots, lemons, apples. Lowish carbonation, kefir-like texture. Broodingly sour and a bit woody with lemons and apricot kernels, apple skins. Rustic and pretty full on.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375ml bottle. Pours a hazy straw gold, with a smallish white head, which lasts reasonably well, without leaving much lacing. White currants, grape, leather and a strong sourness make up the aroma. A touch of white wine and strong white currant up front lead into a powerfully sour mid-palate. Mild leather and oak mix with the sourness in the finish. This is nice enough, but is perhaps a touch too sour, and certainly not as complex as the best gueuzes.
