Clear warm golden colour, fine white head. Aroma of peach, peach candy / artificial peach (my guess would be linalyl formate), light apple. Sweet flavour, sour hint, peach candy. Quite thin body. Light sour finish, light lactic acid, sweetener, peach candy, hint of actual peach juice. Too sweet for my liking, but well, I might not be the target group of this beer anyway..

Iets te zuur naar mijn goesting. Dan heb ik er liever andere die op de markt zijn.

Bottle. Clear copper-orange with a small head. Peaches and fruity (apricots) aroma and taste with light yeasty notes. Sweet with dry finish, light tartness. A bit artificial. Light and fizzy. Doesn’t feel a real lambic, more like a fruit beer.

Refreshing flavor of peach. Very aftertaste that sticks under the upper lip for a long while. When you drink this, you can not believe it’s a beer. But wonderfully good it is. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Bottle from beer temple shared with Tom, tasted side by side with St-Louis Premium Pêche. Paler pour of the two, light hazy gold pour. Aroma is really peachy (the artificial kind, think peach rings), candy, jujubes. Taste is quite sweet, peach syrup, really sweet. Palate is light bodied, not too much residual sweetness with nice carbonation. Actually quite drinkable and it won the contest with its rival hands down. Must be the Timmermans lambic which is actually not bad.

Bottle (250 ml). Side by side with St. Louis Premium Pêche(!). Slightly hazy bright golden with no head and no lacing. Aroma is of peach gummies, chemical sweetness, Taste is also of peach gummies, a good amount of sweetness and very light acidiy. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Good peach gummies juice. No complexity at all, but it’s still quite tasty. Similar to Lindemans Pêche.

Backlog. Tap @ Green Lion Inn. Sour with a strong tone of chemical-peach and some hay and citrus.

BB 23/10/15. Poured a clear amber colour with virtually no head (a few white bubbles making a collar) and no visible carbonation. Aroma strongly of sweet peach and maybe a hint of citrus. Taste strongly of peach and some sweet sugars; real peach flavour, not artificial. Light body. Short sweet finish. Too sweet to drink too many but good to try for a dessert type beer.
