COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Very mellow beer. Clear, deep copper color. No head from bottle. Light notes of nutmeg in nose. Very slight sourness, and certainly no strong sweetness. What I imagine the pumpkin juice at Hogwarts would taste.

Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin pie spice and sweet berries. Taste is a bit like fruity sweetened carbonated water with pumpkin pie spices. Medium bodied. A little fizzy.

Light, clear amber color. Fruity, sour nose. No head. Sweet and sour flavor with only a hint of pumpkin towards the end. Too much sugar to be any better.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2015 Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Copper body, not much hue variation with a mild murkiness throughout & a puffy white head to top it off. Aroma includes usual pumpkin spice aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon, & cocoa powder with a mild sweetness & slightly tart lactic character on the back-end. Apple flesh, wheat, a touch of yogurt-y lacto sourness. First sip includes mostly apple skins & mild tartness... Halfway through, the pumpkin spices come out. Cinnamon, nutmeg, light ginger, brown sugar, wheat, & a breadiness that’s somewhat akin to graham cracker pie crust. Light tartness in the finish... Cocoa powder? Kind of like a slightly tart pumpkin beer; I think more sourness would have been better. Still a nice, relatively different offering, however.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. This has a huge cinnamon nose. This reminds me of a cinnamon cider. I think this is tasty, but could not drink much. Sweet and thin.

Light brown/orange with faint white head with a bit of lacing. Aroma is great; pumpkin pie, spices, buttery pie crust. Very distinctive aromas like smashed pumpkin or pumking, but a much more subtle presentation. Flavors play out in a similar fashion. Slightly tart apples, spice, and a sweet, buttery finish with just the right amount of tartness to make it easy to drink. This is certainly unique, but I love it.

yes, i know. i though the pumpkin beers where done too. still have a rumpkin in the fridge and a few moar lined up in trades. yikes. this one pours totally translucent amber with a quick flash of a head. nose is blah.. not much there. taste pretty much is the same with light pumpkin and spice on the finish. I though lambics where sour... this one is not. watery body. da fuq.

On tap at the Olde Depot. It pours a dark orange color with an off white head. The aroma has some good funk with lots of sweet sugar syrup. Light notes of baking spice. The flavor is pie crust, light vinegar and sugar, peach, pumpkin and just a touch of baking spice. Really weird. The sweetness and sour funk are well balanced, but a bit confusing. Not a bad beer. Interesting.

The aroma is pumpkin, hay, barnyard, like being with harvested pumpkins. The appearance is hazy gold, slight amber, white head. The flavor is squash, pumpkin, sour, hay, some pumpkin spices. Interesting. The finish is sour, pumpkin spices. Interesting combination of sweet and sour, which works better than I thought here.
