4oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest. Pours a clear orange with zero head. Big, spicy, pumpkin pie nose, cherry, nutmeg. Flavor has some sourness but it also has the sweet root vegetable flavors, carrots. Sweet, slightly sour finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear, somewhat pumpkin-ish amber with a fairly thick and fluffy off-white head. Malty aroma has notes of pumpkin and cinnamon and a hint of apple cider. Crisp flavor is somewhat like drinking a pumpkin pie - and an apple pie at the same time. It’s like apple cider with pumpkin and cinnamon - or a pumpkin lambic with apple cider? Whatever, it has a distinctive crisp flavor, somewhat sweet, somewhat dry. Texture has a fair amount of firmness and fizz, not outstanding but it does leave a nice finish of apple, cinnamon and a little pumpkin. A good fall or holiday beer - and fine any time of the year!

On tap at Muddy Waters. Pumpkin aroma with some spice and apple. Comes off as more of a cider, like lambics tend to do sometimes. Spices come thru on the finish, like mulling spices, with a fruity pumpkin flavor. Not too bad overall!

1/29/13. On tap at Kickback’s. Hazy orange pour with a nice khaki head that laces decently. Interesting aroma of sweetness and pie spices that reminds of lightly tart apple pie. The flavor delivers much the same. For whatever reason, this really reminds a ton of apple pie as opposed to pumpkin. However, I actually really dig it!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Courtesy of dak. It pours with a clear copper body with slight gold hues and supporting a big bubbly off wheat head of loose foam. The aroma is modest in strength with concrete side walk, faint honey and yeastiness. The taste delivers a prickly sensation, due to the degree of carbonation, which pushes up notes of honey, earthy gravel and mild sourness. If I concentrate I think there’s faint pumpkin notes well of in the background.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, bought @ the brewery website. Pours clear orange with a small, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is spicy, sweet, pepper, clear pumpkin, soft tartness. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light thin mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet pumpkin, pepper, cinnamon, soft tartness. Mild grainy feel to the end. Quite sweet for the style, but a fun experiment anyways.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/20/2012. Pours lightly hazy orange amber color with a nice 2 finger fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of tart green apple, pear, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, clove, pepper, brown sugar, toast, grass, and earthy yeast spiciness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity; smells like apple pie with some pumpkin. Taste of tart green apple, pear, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, brown sugar, pie crust, grass, herbal, clove, and light yeast spiciness. Light fruity tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruits, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, brown sugar, grass, pie crust, pepper, clove, and herbal on the finish for a bit. Very nice flavor balance and complexity of fruit and malt flavors; with a nice malt/spiciness balance; and almost zero cloying flavors present after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a lightly slick, fairly crisp, and foamy mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming noticed after the finish as expected for 4%. Overall this is a very good non-soured fruit lambic. Nice malt/spice balance and complexity, with moderate tartness; and very smooth to sip on. Really enjoyed this quite a bit.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had on tap at Ale House. Pours a a gorgeous light orange which sustained a thin yet bubbly whitish ring. Aromas of pumpkin pie, cloves, nutmeg, Belgian yeast, candied yams, and organic refined sugar. Tastes the same, but ends incredibly watery not just on the mouthfeel but in the flavor as well. Aged hops, butternut squash, wort, and cinnamon by swallow. Tasty.

Bottle shared by MrPickles...thanks Andy! - Pours amber with a thin white head. Nose is lightly skunky with some apple and cinnamon--very pleasant. Taste is the same, with lots of apple crisp, some baking spice, light mineral, and some skunkiness. Smooth and velvety in the mouth. Totally agree with the other reviewers--tastes more like a fruit beer than a fruit lambic, but whatever--it’s tasty.
