COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Pours a slightly hazy orange, with a foamy head that disappears quickly. Aroma of pumpkin and refined sugar. The overwhelming sweetness leaves little room for anything else. Taste pretty much follows the aroma. An initial flavor of pumpkin is followed by the taste of orange soda--sweetness prevails. A hint of wild yeast at the end adds some funkiness to the aftertaste. Mouthfeel again echoes soda, syrupy and fizzy. In conclusion, a sweet lambic that is only mildly pumpkin flavored. Fair, but Iím not sure that Iíll seek this one out again.

Bottle... Clear amber ale with a mid-sized, bubbly, white head. The bouquet is constructed of pumpkin meat, pumpkin pie spices and graham. Medium-bodied with airy carbonation. The flavor presents moderately sweet malts and pumpkin pie spices accompanied by a mild note of ascorbic acidity. Finishes crisp and tangy. Pumpkin soda? Works for me. Bottle generously shared by biggsbowler!

Draught. Orange, hazy. Nice white head. Nose has sour rhubar, pumpkin. A bit of sour apple, malts. Body is fresh, a bit acidic. Very cleansing. Pumpkin, rhubar. Tart apple. Nice one. A fruity, a bit different flavoured, sour.

On tap at Dexters, pours a clear golden with a thin head, the aroma is very sweet with a little bit of cinnamon and a slight fruit touch, the flavor has a slight tart front end with a little bit of funk but finishes with a strange spice finish, I guess its what you would expect from a spice/lambic beer, just didnít dig it.

Aroma is that of pumpkin pie. A decent amount of nutmeg, clove and allspice mixed in with the aroma of freshly backed pumpkin. Not much acidity and no funkiness to the aroma. Pours a fairly clear orange copper with hints of brown. A thin white head that lingers as a film on top. Taste starts with a bit of acidity and tartness. This follows with some of the spice and pumpkin notes followed by some sweetness similar to light molasses. The finish has more of the spice and tartness to cleanse the palate, but the sweetness lingers for a bit. The spice in the flavor has more of a nutmeg flavor and allspice flavor than clove. The pumpkin flavor combines with the sugar to remind me of fruit juice though I cannot say I have ever had pumpkin juice. No barnyard funk to this at all. Mouthfeel is light to medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. A touch of astringency, but this may be a reaction to the spice. No alcohol warmth. Overall this is a very unique take on the pumpkin beer theme, but I am not sure I would call it a winner. I don't personally like overly sweet lambics and wish this one had more acidity and some funk (though I am not sure how that would work with the pumpkin and spices). The sweetness blended with the fruit to create a tart fruit juice type of flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Corked bomber. Poured hazy pale amber with a medium-sized white head. Leaves some lacing. Aroma was pumpkin pie spices and a fruity tartness. Flavor was pumpkin pie spices -- lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, a bit of clove -- lemon, molasses, pumpkin and fruit. Moderately tart, mildly sweet, mildly funky. I got some metallic, acrid notes near the finish. Spices linger on the palate. Nice, but donít need a whole bomber of it.

Pours copper amber with a big beautiful white head, almost no lacing at all. Aroma brings sweet lambic yeast with vague fruit notes, almost a blend of pumpkins and apples. The flavor brings tart yeast flavors, slightly sweet and acidic to end as described. It is subtle on the palate but nice.

Pours a clear caramel color with no head. Aroma is caramel apple with pumpkin pie...wow! Flavor follows suit...very fall seasonal and delicate with a hint of tart. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and pumpkin/cider seasonal.

FROTHINGSLOSH (4909) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a bright copper color with a medium sized foamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet pumpkin pie spices - cinnamon and nutmeg with faint clove and citrus. The flavor was tart and sour pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Long tart and sour finish with light spices lingering. Medium body. Solid.
