COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Bottle at Small Batch. Pours a clear burnt orange. Aroma is sweet cherry pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin. Interesting flavor profile thatís part cherry pie, part pumpkin pie, and part apple cider. Sweet pie flavors balanced with the acidity of the cider qualities. Some sweet spice in the finish as well. Quite enjoyable.

Pours hazy amber color with tan head. Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee and some sourness. Sweet brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors with moderate tartness. Medium body with lively carbonation. I didnít know what to expect but this was pretty decent.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2013 Tap at the White Horse (PG) Winter Ale Festival, 22/11/13. Dark orange/amber with a moderately presented light beige head that clears edgeward. Nose is apple skin, earthy straw, light spice, fruit pie, tarte fleshy fruits. Taste comprises spice, toffee apple, pumpkin pie slightly curdled having sat out of the fridge a little too long, lactic fruit lick, sweet notes, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation with a little spritz, dry fruit lead finale with a tarte edge. Ok stuff, better than I expected!

A sour aroma, a bit like applejuice. Copper color, a bit foggy. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle, some got in my glass, but I didnít mind. Taste was slightly sour, like a hard cider, a tiny hint of vinegar, pumpkin pie, and a touch of caramel, and something a bit cranberryish. The sour was balanced with a slight fruity sweetness. There was minimal carbonation, but it went perfect with the gentle pumpkin flavor. The viscosity was not much higher than water, which believe is good for this style. We will be getting this again.

Very mellow beer. Clear, deep copper color. No head from bottle. Light notes of nutmeg in nose. Very slight sourness, and certainly no strong sweetness. What I imagine the pumpkin juice at Hogwarts would taste.

Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin pie spice and sweet berries. Taste is a bit like fruity sweetened carbonated water with pumpkin pie spices. Medium bodied. A little fizzy.

Light, clear amber color. Fruity, sour nose. No head. Sweet and sour flavor with only a hint of pumpkin towards the end. Too much sugar to be any better.

Bottle: thanks, Kevin! Copper body, not much hue variation with a mild murkiness throughout & a puffy white head to top it off. Aroma includes usual pumpkin spice aromas of nutmeg, cinnamon, & cocoa powder with a mild sweetness & slightly tart lactic character on the back-end. Apple flesh, wheat, a touch of yogurt-y lacto sourness. First sip includes mostly apple skins & mild tartness... Halfway through, the pumpkin spices come out. Cinnamon, nutmeg, light ginger, brown sugar, wheat, & a breadiness thatís somewhat akin to graham cracker pie crust. Light tartness in the finish... Cocoa powder? Kind of like a slightly tart pumpkin beer; I think more sourness would have been better. Still a nice, relatively different offering, however.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. This has a huge cinnamon nose. This reminds me of a cinnamon cider. I think this is tasty, but could not drink much. Sweet and thin.
