3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear amber color, moderate head, some lace/retention. Aroma is light pumpkin/spice with other notes of light funk, sugar, caramel. Medium to light body, very light tartness. I won’t lie, I think this is a tough concept to nail, and they didn’t but this had a high chance of being truly offensive and it wasn’t. (Bumped 11/20 to 12/20)

Keg @ Sedona. Deep amber with no head. The nose is strangely of ape cider, pumpkin, cinnamon. The taste is moderately tart. Lemon shandy, more pumpkin spice. Thin while being overly carbed. Just strange.

Aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon, and bread dough. Orange with a light haze and a decent white head. Hearty and savory, more like pumpkin soup than pie, with a good bit of cinnamon. Medium bodied, very smooth.

My wife ordered this at a bar, but I had enough of it to rate. Interesting meld of pumpkin and sour/tart, My kind of lambic. Light on the sour, not as flavorful as some, but I liked the meld of flavors and soft palate. Pretty good concoction.

This is a drinkable sour. Not really my IDEAL sour, but it's a fun change of pace. Nice brown sugar, subtle taste.

Bottle that I didn’t buy. Pours an orange color, thin head. Nose is pumpkin spice, light Brett and some odd funk. Fairly benign in terms of lambic. On tasting, low tartness, not really lambic like. Really drinkable. Some more pumpkin spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, maybe brown sugar notes. Not as disgusting as expected and actually pretty neat. Not a great idea but it kind of works.
