COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Botella. Corta de aroma pero rica en matices calabaza en todo el trago acidez ligera y seca que seca el paladar dejando muy bien sabor de calabaza

Light, refreshing, & different! This is good stuff. The pumpkin kind of drowns the aroma but it has a really good dark orange pour w/ a white head that leaves a hint of lacing. Sour meets pumpkin at a happy median. Try this!

Poured at a good temperature with a large, foamy, cream-colored head that settles after a bit and a little lace. Color is a lovely clear red amber. Aroma is super mild, bare tart and spice. Flavors like nose with all qualities magnified; chiefly nutmeg and pumpkin, some tang, dry. Body is fairly thin and carbonation ok. Finish is like flavor, average length, not up to Timmermans usual standards.

Bottle at Small Batch Beer Co. Aroma of pumpkin pie spices - cinnamon and nutmeg. Hint of apple as well. It tastes like a tart pumpkin pie twisted with apple cider. I liked this beer.

Pours like a fizzy cider. Aroma of pumpkin and spices with a distinct but light sourness. Taste is similar and a touch sweeter. Quite unusual.

Bottle at Small Batch. Pours a clear burnt orange. Aroma is sweet cherry pie, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin. Interesting flavor profile thatís part cherry pie, part pumpkin pie, and part apple cider. Sweet pie flavors balanced with the acidity of the cider qualities. Some sweet spice in the finish as well. Quite enjoyable.

Pours hazy amber color with tan head. Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee and some sourness. Sweet brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors with moderate tartness. Medium body with lively carbonation. I didnít know what to expect but this was pretty decent.

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2013 Tap at the White Horse (PG) Winter Ale Festival, 22/11/13. Dark orange/amber with a moderately presented light beige head that clears edgeward. Nose is apple skin, earthy straw, light spice, fruit pie, tarte fleshy fruits. Taste comprises spice, toffee apple, pumpkin pie slightly curdled having sat out of the fridge a little too long, lactic fruit lick, sweet notes, apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation with a little spritz, dry fruit lead finale with a tarte edge. Ok stuff, better than I expected!

A sour aroma, a bit like applejuice. Copper color, a bit foggy. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle, some got in my glass, but I didnít mind. Taste was slightly sour, like a hard cider, a tiny hint of vinegar, pumpkin pie, and a touch of caramel, and something a bit cranberryish. The sour was balanced with a slight fruity sweetness. There was minimal carbonation, but it went perfect with the gentle pumpkin flavor. The viscosity was not much higher than water, which believe is good for this style. We will be getting this again.
