Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Flat and strangely tasting like apple juice. Amber with slight white lacing. I donít get any pumpkin, only apple. Not a good lambic. Only reason I got it was Because It Was The 3 Dollar Draft At Wob Cap hill.

30/XII/13 - 75cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - production date: 24/VII/13 (2013-1200)

Clear dark orange bee, aery beige head, totally unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, lots of cinnamon, cloves, speculoos all the way. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary, lots of cinnamon, bit sourish, lemony, hard to taste the real pumpkin meat in it, but at least it is not a bad rotten pumpkin flavour as in some of those pumpkin beers. Aftertaste: lots of cinnamon, speculoos cookies, bit sour, lemony touch. Oh well, nice try, but not my thing.

Meh, was expecting much more lambic character, guess I havenít had much Timmermanís before? Pour was orange, near nil head. Aroma had no funk or barnyard, pumpkin tons of sweet honey and spices. Flavor followed, somewhat sweet pumpkin malt base, sweetened with sugar presumably. Mouthfeel wasnít dry enough, blah.

Bottle. Pours golden amber with a thin head. Faint fruity tartness, pumpkin spice, a little sweetness, and faint acidity. Weird. I donít know why I liked this. It sounds gross, but itís not.

Botella. Corta de aroma pero rica en matices calabaza en todo el trago acidez ligera y seca que seca el paladar dejando muy bien sabor de calabaza

Light, refreshing, & different! This is good stuff. The pumpkin kind of drowns the aroma but it has a really good dark orange pour w/ a white head that leaves a hint of lacing. Sour meets pumpkin at a happy median. Try this!

Poured at a good temperature with a large, foamy, cream-colored head that settles after a bit and a little lace. Color is a lovely clear red amber. Aroma is super mild, bare tart and spice. Flavors like nose with all qualities magnified; chiefly nutmeg and pumpkin, some tang, dry. Body is fairly thin and carbonation ok. Finish is like flavor, average length, not up to Timmermans usual standards.
