COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Bottle poured an orange amber color with a ring of tan foam on the glass. Aroma has dusty pumpkin, mild spices, malt, and a bit of sweetness. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation medium low. Flavor has light spices, pumpkin, cider like sweetness, and a short finish. Nice drinking and does have a Fall season feeling. I can say that it is very unique but in no way does it seem to be a lambic.

Aroma--sour, yeasty pumpkin. Mild pumpkin flavor, slightly sour. lots of effervescence on the palate; well balanced with a good finish.

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2013 Brett is the initial aroma with suggestions of spice and pumpkin present. Pours a clear amber with a small, rapidly dissipating, off-white head and spotty lacing. The taste is moderately sour with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon and allspice. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Overall, somewhat disapointing. While I am a fan of lambic beers, the spices seemed out of line with what I think of as a lambic beer profile. Primarily what I taste is is an acidic cinnamon flavor. Having said that, I am impressed with Ttimmereman’s ability to creat a lambic beer using pumpkin ingredients.

On tap. Pours a hazy orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, tart apples. Flavor of apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin in the finish. Interesting take on a lambic- tastes like a faro maybe with pumpkin spices. Sweet of course, light in the palate. 6/4/7/4/14 (3.5/5)

Bottle from Wegmans. Pours fairly clear amber with a small white head that dissipates to nothing quickly. The aroma has some nutmeg, cinnamon, faint acedic notes but there is not much punch to it. The taste has a nice tartness up front which is followed by a really true pumpkin pie filling flavor, light spices. Very nice!

2013 release.
Appearance: The body has beautiful clarity with a perfect copper color for the Autumn. The head is tall and fluffy, but settles into a full coating with a creamy ring. This is a gorgeous looking beer.
Aroma: The aroma is reminiscent of spiced cider, namely cinnamon and nutmeg with a dash of brown sugar. The aroma is warm and inviting with a sweet edge to it.
Taste: The flavor follows the aroma to a T. There’s a mild malt base here, hints of pumpkin, but the flavor comes off like a mildly spiced cider with hints of brown sugar. The flavor leans a bit sweet and finishes quickly. No tartness at all here.
Palate: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Goes down easy.
Overall: This is very enjoyable, even if it’s not what most want in a lambic. I find this enjoyable and a great beer for the Autumn months. This really hits the spot.

750mL bottle. Clear orange in color with a medium white head. Aroma of funk, some spice and sweet caramel. Sweet malt and caramel flavor giving way to apple tartness and spice before a malty finish.
