Pumpkin comes out as it warms but initially has a spiced cider quality. Slight acidic quality, not too sour. Not a true Lambic but definitely something to check out!

Bottled 08/12. stored in a cellar horizontally. served at 60F in a lambic basket 2-ways. bronze / copper appearance. decent fast fading head. Nose is very much melons, gourd, some fake sugar syrup and honey. Taste is mildly tart, lots of metallic and copper notes. light sugary sweet caramel and pumpkin. Sort of weird, I’m pretty sure I overpaid for this.

Deep gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is malty black cherries and a little acidic. Black cherries and rich maltiness kick the light tartness. Medium bodied with good carbonation.

Bottle from hop city - pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma is funky with a pumpkin spice note. Taste is with a sour spritzer finish. Overall, I think it works, but there is room for growth here.

Bottle from Hop City. Pours orange with an inch of white foam. There’s a bit of spice on the nose. Lots of pumpkin on the tongue. Has a bit of tartness which fades as it warms. Finishes clean. Solid.

Bottle @ Ben and Greg’s apartment. Pours a dark golden appearance with a cream colored head. Spicy, green apple, banana, tart, cinnamon, herbal aroma. Vanilla, cinnamon apple cider, highly carbonated, nutmeg flavor. Easy to drink but a little strange.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of pumpkin, spices, some citrus, and light leather. Flavor of pumpkin, allspice, subtle acidity, and cinnamon with a dry finish.

A bit like drinking a lemon-lime soda with some slight tartness that had a bag of pumpkin spice mix dropped into it for a couple minutes to add flavor. Obviously this scarcely resembles lambic, with no funk and a sourness more akin to, like, jelly beans or something that isn’t beer, but nevertheless a tasty and interesting surprise.

Off and chemicaly. Tastes like bandaids and lemons with very light pumpkin? Im not sure I would have even guessed there was anything pumpkin about this lightly tart plastically brown ale had the work pumpkin not been in the name.
