COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

Tap East. Almost clear gold - amber beer. Little white head. Light, crisp palate, semi dry. Sweet and sour pumpkin. Lemon and lime. Vinegary sourness and sugary sweetness. Dry finish. Interesting!

Bottle. Cloudy light amber color, large thick tan head with good retention and decent lacing. Aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is an odd but interesting combination of sour and spice. Unique, but I’m not sure about this one.

Keg at The Rake, London. Pours clear gold with a small, white bubble head. Tangy fruits on the nose, some very light gourds, hints of brown sugar. Medium sweet flavour, very slightly syrupy, with tangy berries, a bit of sugar. Light to medium bodied with fine, tickling carbonation. Sweet, faintly sticky finish with light sourness, more tangy berries, a bit of sugar. I want to say there are some vague suggestions of pumpkin rind, but if I tried his beer blind I would never say "pumpkin!". As it is, it is decent.

Pours a hazy amber color with tall off-white head. Smells a lot like a spiced cider. Lots of nutmeg and cinnamon notes, apple cider, a light tartness, and some sweet brown sugar. Tastes a bit like a spiced cider, too. There’s a nice cinnamon and nutmeg note, some brown sugar, straw, and grass. A fair amount of sweetness and apple flavor. Nice beer, but not really a lambic.

750 c&c from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours amber with a transient fizzy head. Aroma is light acidic with some hints of spice. Full bodied - lots of foamy carb. Flavor is lightly tart, with some light pie spice and a touch of toffee. Kind of a nice median between a gueuze and a lambic so far as sugar and acidity. Develops a good dose of cinnamon in the nose. Drinks very nicely. Pumpkin? Probably.

Bottle, bought @ the brewery website. Pours clear orange with a small, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is spicy, sweet, pepper, clear pumpkin, soft tartness. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light thin mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet pumpkin, pepper, cinnamon, soft tartness. Mild grainy feel to the end. Quite sweet for the style, but a fun experiment anyways.
