COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

From a bottle poured a copper color with a good amount of head. Light tart spicy malty flavor with a lingering aftertaste.

Bottle @ Ben and Greg’s apartment. Pours a dark golden appearance with a cream colored head. Spicy, green apple, banana, tart, cinnamon, herbal aroma. Vanilla, cinnamon apple cider, highly carbonated, nutmeg flavor. Easy to drink but a little strange.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of pumpkin, spices, some citrus, and light leather. Flavor of pumpkin, allspice, subtle acidity, and cinnamon with a dry finish.

A bit like drinking a lemon-lime soda with some slight tartness that had a bag of pumpkin spice mix dropped into it for a couple minutes to add flavor. Obviously this scarcely resembles lambic, with no funk and a sourness more akin to, like, jelly beans or something that isn’t beer, but nevertheless a tasty and interesting surprise.

Off and chemicaly. Tastes like bandaids and lemons with very light pumpkin? Im not sure I would have even guessed there was anything pumpkin about this lightly tart plastically brown ale had the work pumpkin not been in the name.

Bottle: The aroma consists of pumpkin, nutmeg, ginger, lemon solveny/cleaner, and faint mustiness. It pours a slightly hazy amber with a two finger white head. There is some sporadic webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of pumpkin. The finish has ginger and nutmeg mixed with some sweet and sour lemon. It’s light-medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, more pumpkin beer than Lambic.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours an orange color with a large white head. The aroma is full of pumpkin with some lemon notes and some nutmeg. The flavor is similar. I get some pumpkins and vanilla notes, as well as some cinnamon and nutmeg. There is also some sweetness and sugar notes as well as a hint of funk and tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear medium amber, fine white bubbles. Nose of pumpkin cinnamon, vanilla bean, stone fruit. Taste is a little tangy, pumpkin, vanilla, bit of caramel in the background, lightly tart in the finish, medium carbonation, refreshing and totally unique beer.
