COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

Pleasant but not great lambic nice to smell coriander and typical attributes of a Belgian Blanche. However, the sourness is not enough slight cheesy taste which is good but not enough grape aromas or barnyard funk.

On tap at La Becasse, Brussels. It pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy and lambic. Less acidic than straight lambic. Taste is mildly acidic and sweet, nicely balanced, with floral and orange notes typical of witbiers. Almos like a fruity flowery faro. Very refreshing and quite tasty as well. Nice one.

Draft. Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Sweet, wheaty, lemony, and bretty. This is actually pretty good. Maybe I rated it higher because I expected a witbier, rather than a lambic.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, slightly sickly, very light lambic funk. Sweet flavour, sweetener, somewhat sickly, light citrus acid, mostly sweet. Sweet finish, light lemon.
Somewhere in between a lambic and a witbier, but doesn’t really have a lot of qualities I appreciate in either.

Aroma is corriander, Brett (though not much), nice! Appearance is a straw coloured clear with a nice white head. Taste is a touch swwet, a touch sour, but some nice wild light spice flavours, like corriander and a few others I can’t out my finger on. Palate is sour, light and very thirst quenching. Overall, clear, not heavy, great for summer and is a very cute witbier with nice belgian lambic characteristics. Doesn’t pretend to be anything else.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2015 Well, this won’t be too popular with hardcore sour fans as it doesn’t have alot of the deep funk and tastes a bit sweetend. But it was a freshing beer and not too bad overall. Standerd Witbier characteristics didn’t shine through very much. Serving: Bottle

Lovely sharp aroma fruity too, some citrus. Clear pale gold, nice spongy head. Slightly lemonadey in the mouth, real lemon and some lime. Thin palate, a little watery but smoothened with a little sugar, but crispened by quite fizzy carbonation. A little disappointed, it smelt nice and lambicky, but was too throwaway.

Fairly clear golden orange with a white head. Smells like sugar, metal, sort of savory as well. Some apple juice sweetness, too. Smells like a faro. The flavor is incredibly sweet and sugary. A bit of apple juice, some carrot, a bit of metal, and some cider.
