COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

375 ml. bottle from ALBO. Shared with the group. Pale golden with some white head. Nose is rather unpleasant, oddly metallic, spice, steel, coriander, some spices, typical additives, chemicals, Taste is light tart lemon, soap, tart lemon, mellow wheat, lightly fruity with some spices, light spices, obvious additives, tainted, light coriander, still nice summer drink with terrible smell & good taste. Easy, lightly fizzy body.

750 cc bottle. Pours hazy, well cabonated straw colored. Nose was funky lactosy and limey citrus fruity. Tasted tart, with notes of lime, funky yeasty esters, and lemongrassy hops.

Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with dissipating bubbly white head laces lightly. Aroma of slightly sour Belgian yeast and wheat. Taste follows, slight lemon citrus notes and a sweet finish. Definitely one of the best Belgian witbiers Ive ever had if that is really what it is.

Bottle. Light yellow, hazy. Wheat, spices on nose. Just a hint of funk, citrus. Overall quite weak nose. Body is light, refreshing. Dry and a bit sour, with lots of citrus, some yeast, hay. Pleasant, even though the flavour profile (hayish citrus) feels a bit odd. Somehow radler comes to mind- I guess this would also work well on hot summer days.

Draft at the beer authority NYC. Pours a semi transparent gold color with a huge foam head and lace that lasts in the side. Whety and slightly tart. Pretty good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Scopey (12248) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2013
Bottle shared at t Antwaerps Bierhuiske. It pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. The nose is lightly tangy, apple, pear and ice tea. The taste is apple juice, light tang, soft fruit, sweet-sour aspect, wheat and light sherbet with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Tastes a lot like apple juice really, so not all bad!

Wombata (619) - Kobe, JAPAN - APR 29, 2013
Aroma: lemon, dried orange peel, roast pear and roasted candy sugar. Flavor: lemon, brief appearance of pear and tropical fruit that swiftly turns to green apple, quinine/sparkling tonic water. The lemon, quinine, green apple dominates. Comment: refreshing quaffer, great summer drink that has some complexity.

Pale straw colored pour. Big creamy white head. Lemony aroma. Some malt in there as well as a bready note. Taste is a sharp lemon twang up front. A sweet and sour note. Malt. Nice crisp finish. Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
