COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

33cl bottle at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2008: Hazy pale gold with thin white head. Smells like a full mash tun! Wet malted grains. Slightly spicy and tart character. Citrus and yeast also. Very sweet flavor. No sourness but a light tartness. I guess they use .001% lambic in this blended wit. Some tea leaves and sugar substitute.

33 cl. bottle. Hazy gold color with a decent white head. Light citrus aroma with a hint of lactic. Tart, bitter, citric. Lightly lactic. Some sugar comes up to somewhat balance the tart/sour. Overall, though, it is pretty tart and finishes that way. Finish is a bit soapy - so it’s clean!

Light blond body under a bubbly white head. Aroma brings clove, wheat and a bit of cherries on a low level. Alright balance of fruity tartness and sweetness, but some disturbing metallic-acetic hints behind. Crisp palate (BBF, Oslo 10.04.2008)
