COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

(Bottle 25 cl) Comes as "Timmermans Blanche - Wit". Rather special blend of witbier and lambic. Hazy, pale golden with a small, fizzy head. Fresh, lightly acidic beer with notes of apple and apricot. Strange and unusual but very refreshing. 210698

Bottled. Golden colour, minor head. Sweet plummy and caramellish aroma. Flavour is sweet flavoured (artificial, sweet white wine extreme) along with some hints of caramel and fruity sweetness. Aftertaste long and dry. Surprisingly non-sour for a Timmermans...

Lightly hazy gold beer with a small white head. Light palate, crispy and semi dry. Really nice sweet lemon sherbet! Subtle floralness but this is really a lemon sherbet of a beer! Even the missus liked this one. Tangy lemon aftertaste.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen
Hazy blond color with beautiful lace. Some aroma of wheat, very light aroma of cellar and citrus fruits. Medium body, some residual sweetness, lemon juice (hence giving some acidity). Not really much beer…
