COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

On bottle tasted on the festival at buggenhout. A very special beer. Combination of Lambic and White beer. Really not a good taste.

10cl sample at the Zythos Beer Festival (Leuven, April 25th 2015). A lovely surprise to have this white lambic beer. It has a terrific wheat flavour, with added fruit aromas. A nice combination resulting in a soury, malty, lemon brew with lots of freshness and subtle spices.

Pullo @ Prisma Limingantulli.

Pale yellow, clear. Aroma is dry and a bit woody. It’s fresh, tart and wheaty. The sourness is well balanced, not overpowering.

375ml bottle. 15/07/16. Slightly cloudy , golden color, thin white head. Mild soury aroma, fruity, apples and sweetness. Flavor is more soda-like with apples, mild tartness, cidery . Refreshing. Summer brew. Thin.

Cloudy pale yellow, thin head. Mildly sweet, coriander, wheat, orange peel, mildly peppery, slight sourness. Light, sweet and sour, bit fizzy, medium long finish with citrus fruityness. Light and refreshing, maybe bit too sweet but ok.

Nice blanche but I still like Hoegaarden better :) It is a typical Timmermans with its slightly sour taste.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2015 Small bottle @ Bier Central, Antwerp. Is this a witbier similar to lambic or lambic similar to witbier? Who cares, this is Belgium. When you are thirsty, this would be an excellent choice if it is available. I also tried the second time in Finland: 37.5 l bottle from supermarket. I guess this is lambic spiced like witbier. You have lots of citrus, more than in Hoegaarden in your tongue and mouth. Afterwards your throat feels dry. That’s the effect from dry lambic. Something you will not get from hops, but only from sour beer.
