3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear amber color with a bit of light beige head. Aroma is malty with some Belgian sugar and a hint of balsamic vinegar. Taste starts sweet with a bit of caramel, malt and sugar. Medium body and carbonation. For a sweet lambic, it’s quite good. Not overly sweet and it also has a rustic feel to it.

T: malty, sugary sweet together with tarty apple, peach fruitiness, citrus, mushrooms, light body, good carbonation, I am wondering by some high scores about this beer, for me refreshing but nothing special, lack of some complexity, 375ml bottle from Carrefour in Brussels.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
