A clear orange colored beer, with a beige foamed head. It disappears quickly. The aroma of wet dough, a little sour and woody. The taste is fresh and a little fruity, also a little sour. It has light dry aftertaste.

Bottle. Sour, musty vinegar aroma. Yellow amber color with thin head. Initially slightly sweet then a musty vinegar malt flavor. Okay - not quite traditional but not overly sweet.

Bottle at ÅBF08 as Timmermanns Gueuze. Citric aroma. Seemingly clear golden colour. Very small white head. Citric flavour. Slightly sweet and teaish, with a quite dry finish. Almost like aspartam aftertaste.

Amber and the aroma has sourness and light citrus notes. The flavour has sourness, but also light sweetness, light barnyard and caramel. I suppose this isn’t for the hard-core Gueuze-fan, but maybe a good place to start for the beginner?
