Bottle. Light amber w medium white head. Aroma and taste of dried apples, hay, some floral notes, malt w. some sweetness, and the characteristic acidics.

A lambic for starters. It has some sourness and tardiness, but not nearly as much as a real lambic beer. This is boring and watery, especially if you like the real thing.

A clear yellow / orange beer with a small white head. First thing I notice is there’s no "plop" when removing the cork, the beer is low on carbonation. Taste is at first quite sweet, too sweet for this type of beer. Luckily it finishes more sour and dry.

Bottled in 2012. Chyba jedno ze slabszych guze jakie degustowalem. Niby tradycyjne, korkowane, a etykieta nawiazuje do tradycji.

Somewhat unclear orange amber appearance, with a bubbly white head. Gueuze with a lot of apple which is a lot sweeter than it is sour. It’s more like an apple cider. Thirsty quenching enough, but poor as a gueuze. Carbo is too low.

An impressive traditionally brewed Gueuze Lambic by, they say, the world’s oldest lambic brewery. Right balance of sourness, authentic taste - a very surprising product indeed; what a surprise!. spontaneous fermentation all right, the authentic way.

24 karat pour with deeper hues of copper at its core and a small ivory cap. Sweeter than expected but still showed some traditional funk, mustiness, barnyard, hay, acidity, and sourness. Drinkable but not overly complex.
