Bu en bouteille de 37.5cl, couleur rouge et petite mousse blanche qui tombe vite une bière très sèche sans vraiment de goût de cerise ce qui est dommage, finalement très citronnée agréable en cas de fortes chaleurs sans plus.

Crystal clear, deep red body with a long-lived, light pink head, good lacing. Very strong and sweet aroma of cherries, cherry pits, marzipan and Dr. Pepper: holy soft drink, this is sweet stuff! The taste isn’t as violently sweet as the aroma led me to believe, but it’s still much more sweetness than I’d expected from a lambic. There is a hints of acidity in the finish, but overall this is a sweet beer. The strong flavour follow the soft drink aroma. The body is pretty light, the texture is a bit watery with hints of dryness in the finish, the carbonation is lively. Being a lambic newcomer I had expected tartness and acidity, not sweet Dr. Pepper. What an entertaining surprise!

Rött med lätt rosa skum. Söt körsbärssmak med bittermandelton. Aning sur men mest sötma.

Lys rød farge med ganske lavt skum. Kraftig aroma av kirsebær. Stenger alt annet ute. Sur, men også søt tørr smak, uten å bli ekstremt sur. Kirsebær hele veien i ettersmaken. Tynn konsistens.

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark red-brown color with a medium sized foamy beige head that lingered a bit and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet black cherry, sour cherries and sugar. The flavor was sweet black cherries, sour cherries, sugar and a hint of bread. Long sweet and sour cherry finish. Medium body. Nice.

Oudste kriek ter wereld. Licht zuur. Je proeft de kersen niet super. Wel lekker fris.

Verkligen inte min smak den här typen av öl men va fan, släng i tre isbitar och några citronskivor så har du en stabil fördrink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Det absolut första som slår mig är Dr Pepper. Körsbärs-slisk men med nån överton som jag bara känt i just Dr Pepper förr. Just denna är väl ingen hit men i övrigt mycket intressant. Detta är den enda jag druckit i denna stil men den gav mersmak för fruktiga öler även om just denna inte vara perfekt.

Bottle. Pours clear deep red with a frothy white head. Nose and taste has loads of artificial cherries, almonds and loads of sweetness.

Bottle from local grocery store. Burgundy colour with a pale pink head that disappears rather fast. Aroma of cherries and wine. Tastes of sour cherries. Reminiscent of an alcoholpop but not as sweet/less artificial tasting. A bit watery.

25 cl. bottle from SB poured in to a Flute. Clear, deep red colour with a big, light pink head. Sweet, somewhat artificial aroma with cherries, almond, vanilla, only a slight acidity shows as citrus. Taste is heavy sweet. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Short, sweet finish with cherries and almond. Too artificial, too sweet for a real Lambic.
