UPDATED: MAR 22, 2015 Dark-gold beer with a thick, frothy head. Light aroma of caramel and toasty malt. Flavour is an initial tangy-sweet hit. Quite dry and bitter in the finish, with a real nuttiness to it. Nutty beers are not generally my cup of tea but with this being quite crisp and fresh initially but leaving a nuttiness on the tongue it works well.

Very much floral, earthy notes. Herbs and a mild, herbal bitterness that fades away slowly. Taste of wood and hay towards the end. A very full and pleasant bitter!

Couleur du cuivre foncer avec une petite robe beige. L’arôme du malt et des céréales. En bouche il y a du malt et pain avec un peu d’houblon dans la finale. Très buvable, mais pas trop forte.

Medium, off-white longlasting head. Chrystal clear amber. Fruits, berries on aroma. Malty, hoppy, caramel, spicies. Classy and enjoyable.

Classic British pale ale - bitter. Gorgeous to watch, crystal clear amber with white lasting head. Malty and hoppy aroma. Taste is smoothly malty, sweet malts, caramel and some bitterness from the hops. However is not hoppy as the American Pale Ales. Still, a good classic bitter!

Amber colour, thick white head that lasts a fair while. Fresh, fruity smell, if I were to say which fruit it’d be apples. The taste is sweet with fruity notes and a bitter finish. I’d say it’s an easy-drinking beer compared to some pale ales I’ve had. Medium-bodied and mildly aromatic. Smooth mouthfeel, maybe a bit watery. Overall nice beer, nothing stands out as amazing about it but definitely nothing bad at all either. I’d definatley have it again.
