Intense flowery, resiny hop aroma. Dry and soft, yet crisp with very evident hay-like hop flavour and a nice chewy malt character. Feels like barley juice. Taste is medium sweet, earthy/floral, some caramel, light apple/pear. Watery light-medium body, light resin. duff (5403), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Mar 22, 2005 Cask@a handfull of places, can vary to be sure, but when its on form its easily one of the best of the more available cask ales, beautiful fruity, hoppy bitter, nice fresh hoppy stuff (if on form).
