[Cask at Windsor Castle, Kensington, London] An orange beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, and a good hoppy end. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.

Cask at Crown Inn, Southampton. Bronze colur. Intense flowery, resiny hop aroma. Dry and soft, yet crisp with very evident hay-like hop flavour and a nice chewy malt character. Feels like barley juice. A lovely bitter with striking late bitterness.

Smashing example of real ale. Incredible subtlety of flavours. A must-try on cask.

Cask@a handfull of places, can vary to be sure, but when its on form its easily one of the best of the more available cask ales, beautiful fruity, hoppy bitter, nice fresh hoppy stuff (if on form).
