COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Upon sampling alloy, citrus notes turn to outright grapefruit with a malty sweetness just behind. Copper in color and well-balanced, its hoppy bitter finish dissipates quickly and leaves only one desire – more! Activate your hop sensors for a well-deserved glass of Alloy.

Rating #998 - February 19, 2014 - Celebrating Canada’s berth in the Sochi Gold Medal Final for Men’s Hockey at Beer Revolution in #yeg. On tap Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with hoppy overtones, tangerine, peach, grapefruit. Taste is more of the same, dry hops and pastry dough malts dominating the flavour, with a dose of pink grapefruit sweetness. Worthy of a "bronze" medal, America. #humour

It poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma was of sour citrus. It had a medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. The taste was bittersweet with a nice bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Not bad at all.

Can (473ml? - does not say). Gold orange colour, unfiltered haziness. Large white cap, thick clinging foam. Nose has caramel, orange, pine. Taste has caramel, pine, orange. Zesty orangey finish with pine and grapefruit in the back of the throat and some lingering caramel sweetness. Good carbonation and a medium body. Enjoyable, but could use a touch more bitterness.

A good average American IPA that lacks the oomph and resinos quality of a greta brew. Pours a lightly tinged orange gold with a sizable fluffy white head. The nose is light citrus with a hint of apple and grassy like a noble hop. Mild caramel and toasted cara malts. Good flavour but a bit bland overall

Hazy, amber orange pour with a rocky, off-white head. The aroma has a lot of grapefruit with some subtle bread. It has a light body and texture with average carbonation. The taste if mildly bitter with an easy finish. This is a good session IPA.

Golden pour with off-white head. Citrusy aroma with toffee. Citrusy hops dominate the taste and the finish is a pleasant sweetness.

Almost clear, cpper-red-brown with a craggy tan head. Fresh spruce, orange peel aroma. Caramel, orange malt flavor. Very soft and smooth. Nice one.

Sampled during Edmonton Craft Beer Festival at the Edmonton Expo Center pours a golden color with a finger of off-white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus with some hints of caramel. Taste is a citrus hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium body with decent carbonation. A decent representation of the style and recommended to try.

Can, sampled @ Edmonton Beerfest. Light copper colour, sweet caramel-kissed malts and citric bitterness in equal portion. Not bad, certainly the most enjoyable of the three I tried from this new brewer.

Can. Strong spruce and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with large light tan head. Mildly sweet orange malt and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Tasty.
