COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tin Man precision engineered it’s dry stout to be unique and flavorful; to contain the best the style has to offer. Dry Cell is nitrogenated instead of being carbonated and is very smooth on the sensors. Dry and roasted flavors are the first to be noticed as a slight dark fruit creeps in to give it a balancing sweetness. With a small head of dense foam that never seems to leave, anyone with ties to Ire will switch on for this beer.

tap at Ft Wayne Oktobeerfest 2013 - Pours very dark brown and has a mild, roasted malt aroma. It tastes of roasted malt with some coffee and chocolate. It’s light bodied for a stout, even thin. This is an okay beer but needs to be more robust, in my opinion.

Draft. Poured black color with an average tan frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Good roasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth dry texture and flat carbonation. Moderate roasted sweet flavor with a moderate sweet finish of average duration. Another drinkable beer.

I am not much on nitrogen acted beer. Too flat. Aroma and taste are nice though with dark fruits and molasses prevalent.
