COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tin Roof Blonde Ale is a light-bodied, crisp American Blonde Ale with a wonderfully refreshing finish. Uses glacier hops, as well as 2 row, pilsen and caramel malts.

Pairs well with virtually everything. You name it…pizza, crawfish, poboys, etc. If the food is good, Tin Roof Blonde Ale will enhance it. If it isn’t good, we still recommend drinking a TinRoof Blonde Ale.

Malts: 2 Row, Pilsen, Caramel
Hops: Glacier

Aroma: Pine, high hops aromas. Appearance: Slightly hazy golden body. Medium off-white head. Flavour: Resinous, medium sweetness, dry finish, medium bitterness, high hops flavours Palate: Medium body, soft carbonation Overall: The strong resinous flavours is off-putting in this beer. 355 ml can, poured. Pours a deep bronze with a non existent head. There’s a slight hint of hops, but this is Budweiser’s close twin. Nothing to write home about.

12 oz can - Pours cloudy copper yellow with thin white head. Notes of lightly roasted malt and of a fruity biscuit. Tastes like caramel, grass, and citrus with a slight floral finish. I’m also getting bananas in the nose. Thin to medium body. It works for me. I’m not big on the style, but it’s decent and I’d love to boil some crawfish with a few more of these.

Decent blonde, very thin in flavor and aroma. Mostly sweet, flaked corn or 6-row? Quick finish, no aftertaste.

On tap somewhere on Bourbon Street. In my plastic cup this looks medium gold with a creamy thin head. Aroma is grainy with a whiff of hops. The palate delivers the same. Stumbling onward...

Pale gold with a thin head, some lacing, and a corn nose. Somewhat malty and mildly-carbonated mouthfeel followed by a honey-sweet finish.

Clear golden colour with a small white head. The aroma is bready and biscuity malt and some mild bitter hops. Mild yeast, mild bitterness and malt in the flavour. Drinkable.
