Tin Roof Blonde Ale is a light-bodied, crisp American Blonde Ale with a wonderfully refreshing finish. Uses glacier hops, as well as 2 row, pilsen and caramel malts.

Pairs well with virtually everything. You name it…pizza, crawfish, poboys, etc. If the food is good, Tin Roof Blonde Ale will enhance it. If it isn’t good, we still recommend drinking a TinRoof Blonde Ale.

Malts: 2 Row, Pilsen, Caramel
Hops: Glacier

Very average blonde ale, nothing to really write home about. Nice pour, standard aroma. The palate is certainly light, with a very light biscuit-y taste. I agree, it’s pair well with a lot of food, but not necessarily "enhance" it. Pretty okay.

801 Royal, NOLA tap: pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is sugar and malts without much else. Taste is light grass and pale malt. Taste is a bit sweet and bready at the end. I did not like it much.

Draft on tap at Industry Bar (New Orleans, LA). Pours a nice darker golden hue, flashes of amber and decent haze meet a sizable whitish head atop. Decent frothy lacing sticks around as a firmer film, mellow layer laces ok. Aromas are bready, straw, gentle yeastiness. Subtle earthy hop, orange and gentle fruity character. Cereal, bread dough, some gentle earthiness. Initial is orange and gentle fruit, bready malts, a bit grainy. Subtle bread dough, straw, and earth. A gentle waft of orange juice, faint spice and earthiness. Middle is a bit of spiciness, dry, fuzzy with mellow straw, a bit of earth, gentle spice. Touches of gentle dough, cereal grains as we trail out. Still that orange driven citrus squirt with gentle fruit, cleaner yeast profile and some dryness as we finish up. Solid.
