3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz can, shared by dudeabide at Natifest 2013 - last tick of the event, for me. Clear golden color. Little white head. Loose dots of lace. Soft, smooth carbonation. Dry finish. Light carbonation, moderate sweet taste. Some breadiness, light pepper. Tasted like a lager to me, but a solid lager.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz. can shared by dudeabide- thanks again, Nate! Pours a pale, clear blonde color with a small white head. Aroma of dry malts, grains, sugar, and some dough. Flavor is the same. So light in body, with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Didn’t do much for me but I could see it working on a hot, sweaty Louisiana day to cut the spiciness in food.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can to taster at NatiFest (thanks to whoever shared this). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of yeast and mild spice. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Okay.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap, NOLA International Beer Festival 2012. Pours a clear gold body with a minimal fizzy white head. The nose is bready and doughy pale malt with a touch of yeastiness. The flavor is husky and a little too sweet with an almost honey like finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with fizzy carbonation and some lingering huskiness. Not so great.

Not bad, though it doesn’t really seem like a pure blonde. It is pretty dry and crisp, has the color right, but there is a sour funk to it that seems like it belongs in a saison. Not that its bad, it actually pretty pleasant.
