COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Citrusy, grapefruit aroma, Cascade hops, and roasted caramel malt combine to create this medium-bodied brew with flavor hints of chocolate and toffee. This bitterness is perfectly balanced, yielding an easy-drinking, but malty, session beer.

Malts: Pale, Munich, Extra Special, Pale Chocolate, Special Roast, and Caramel
Hops: Chinook, Cascades, Columbus, Kent Golding

On tap, I believe at the airport? But my notes don’t say where exactly. Medium amber, clear, with an off white head. For a brew that brags about grapefruity Cascade character in their own description, I was disappointed to find none. Fruity caramel pretty much all the way through, maybe a bit of earthy undertones. Just ok.

Pours a somewhat dark amber with a wispy white head. Smells of bread and caramel. No hop presence is detectable in the aroma. Starts off with a slight caramel tinge. A strong pungeant earthy flavor takes over the finish. Not an overly complex beer. Still few detectable hops. Mouthfeel is a tad light and carbonation levels are good. Decent amber. A little one dimensional and the harsher finish affects drinkability somewhat. Still would be a good go to for canned beer if distributed here.

Amber with a fluffy head, some lacing, and a caramel nose. Smooth entry with a near authentic English ale mouthfeel and flavor. Ends with notes of caramel, Roman candy, and mild hoppiness.
