3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can via UDBeernut...many thanks Art. Aggressive pour yields 3 inch growing head on a rub/sienna body. Large open lacing left behind. Nose is light pine hop on moderate malt. Hops do not translate in to malt dominant body. Sweet lightly caramelized finish. This would go great with a MD blue crab dinner.

Light chalkiness and a hop presence. Toasty and burnt flavors. Nice head that fades. Average Amber.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
can @ Double Shoppe / Ocean Springs MS --- Hazy dark amber color, thick beige head, swirls of lace. Taste is semi-sweet malt that adds assertive carbonation on the swallow, then bitter chocolate hops at the end. A lot for 4.5%, but the bittering doesn’t compliment the openers very well. Close, but no cigar.

12oz can. Pours a hazy dark copper color with an off-white soapy head with good retention. Aroma is not bad, a bit bready -- taste is actually not bad, palate is bitter and relatively strong.

Very good offering from Tin Roof. I've not been terribly impressed with their beers but this is very nice. Not a very noticeable aroma but the coloring is nigh perfect and has a great head. The hops are well balanced and has a great taste. I'll buy this again.

12oz can poured to pint glass. Thick three finger head slowly dissipates to a thin persistent head, Off white in color with significant lacing. Hazy amber color. Roasty caramel malt aroma with a slight piney hops highlight. Caramel, toffe, and Roasty malts mingle together with a mild grapefruit tone on the backend. Hop bitterness balances out well and doesn’t linger too long. Finishes clean and is intriguing enough to come back to. Cheers!

Pours a mostly clear amber color with a creamy, pull candy colored,long-lasting head. It has a clean, toasty, lightly fruity nose. A spicy burn occurs on the tongue, roof of the mouth, and linings of the mouth. A toasty malt becomes quickly dominated by the a harshly presenting hop character.
