This does not take me anywhere... It's got nothing in the way of good American pale ale qualities... A stale hop aroma and taste...bad bitterness lingers... Not worth a repeat at this point... Can design is nice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the can, looks to be a pale orange amber color. Mild caramel malt aroma, decent hop notes, light citrus, and earthy. Mildly sweet, pale malt, light hop flavor, fruity and citrus, mild bitterness.

Pours a nice amber color with white head. Pine and citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a little hay like note.

Can pours light copper with white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, nut, resin. Taste is toasted malt, nut, bread, light pine. Bitter dry finish with medium light body. Very little hop presence for american pale

Draft - Caramel and citrus hops. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Caramel and a mellow hoppy bitterness, with a bit of citrus and resin in the finish. The ginger adds an unusual sweetness and flavour that works. Interesting and drinkable. NOTE - from the brewer no candied ginger in new recipe, the weirdness is an infection in brewery tap line. Will redo rating with can provided.

Can. Deep copper with medium off white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, and light resinous hops. Medium body, caramel, roasted malts, some sweetness, and a bitter finish. Not what I was expecting from a pale ale.

Draft. Medium brown with a white head. Hop and grain aroma. Big bitter hop flavor with a grainy bready finish. Almost spicy. If you’d had told me it was a rye beer I would have believed you.

Tap @ Beer Fest. Hazy dark orange appearance with a light brown head. Burnt sugar. Kind of stale. Slightly sweet. Caramel. Slightly herbal/ginger flavor. Eh.
